Can’t go wrong with some Shad Roe when in Va.

This looks amazing! I can't wait to give this a shot. 😋 I'm trying to think of what's in Old Bay so I don't have a bottle taking up space. 🤔 Definitely cayenne, paperika and allspice; I think there is white pepper, thyme and celery salt in it, too. I loved the singalong part lol. The music made me ready for a nap. 😅😴

Absolutely have no idea how I missed this episode, I love the Cooking show because of this lady. Anyway, Snow crab also comes from Alaska. The final look was great but not what I was expecting it to look like. This opens my mind to different ways to do "eggs" Benedict. I make a more standard Eggs Benedict but with smoked salmon crumbled on top of the Hollandaise sauce plus a little cracked black pepper. Great way to start a new mourning. Sicily 🍷
