My goodness!! I've always been a fan of him
Hes talking sense. The way he describes healthy living is so simple. I'm feeling it❤
I'm glad he gives hope and inspiration. I lost weight, about 50 pounds and have been able to keep it off because I lost it slowly. The last 5 pounds were the hardest and took about 2 years to come off. But I learned a lot losing it slowly. (The time before this, I lost the weight quickly, and then regained, because I did not learn anything.) I have kept off the weight for 20 years now.
People keep talking like 40 is old, 40 is nowhere near old. Tho he looks half his age. I aspire to look that at 40 which is 4 years away.

And that's why when younger people say, "you look good for your age", I say, "and I look good for your age too". I don't say that all the time. But if I feel like they're trying to be funny, I will. Because some of these young folks look really hard in the face. I worked with a 25 year old that looked like she had a 2nd mortgage on her home and was putting 2 kids through college. 😂😂😂😂

For a week now I been including some floor workout in my 15 min routine and I am seeing results already. My waist feel definitely slimmer on the sides. My pants are not fitting now on sides and front. I eat no more than two types of fruit a day and only blood type diet. I workout out after having only black coffee. I want to lose 15 more lbs but mostly in belly only, while building muscle. I eat a high protein diet now and take maca root. I am water fasting for a day tomorrow. I am water fasting one day a week now for detoxing.
Body looks amazing! Makes me want to back the hands of time. 😍 This is how you stay young. He looks like a teenager. I just turned 60 & need to get back on my program, but I excercised most of my life, which allowed me to age gracefully. What you put in your mouth is more important when loosing weight, but the excercise keeps you looking young & strong. No one ever gets my age right...lol
I applaud what you do. I am a former fitness coach. Now I advocate home fitness using bodyweight. I also emphasize short time frames. Thanks for this video.
