    Don’t need a lot of time. It come down to intensity. I workout for only 25 min. Five days perweek and I walk for an average of 5000 steps everyday. Workout fine for me. Without beating myself up.

    Great video and he is being honest about genetics. Some folks are more naturally muscular than others. My niece is like that, she has been slim and muscular since she was 2 years old. She is a dancer so she is more fit but she has never been overweight and always has a flat stomach regardless of what she eats.

    "I was naturally cut, i was naturally lean.." there you go people. Some people are just genetically gifted. SOME people will not meet their goals with just half an hour and a good diet. Unless you're going all out HIIT [high intensity interval training] during that 30min, which is not really possible since it defies the entire purpose of HIIT. Everyone is different. Some people will be ripped with his type of program, but the reality is most people will need to work harder for a longer period of time. Thanks for reading.
