I agree, you are able to handle your ordeal now that the past as come and gone. I had been raped many, many years ago by my ex boyfriend who broke into my apt. Late one night. I didn't know at the time who attacked me; it was a brutal rape. When it was over, I was in shock it was my ex. He had broken up with me, and he was so cruel to me when he jumped me. Seeing a therapist really helped at the time. I hope you can find peace as well one day and to forgive your attacker as I had to do. I had to take him to court then move. I was lucky I didn't get pregnant. Just because you are what you are, people should respect you. I have gay friends, and it's like....big deal. Why all the fuss. Get a life and let it be. Personally I feel that our Lord would care about other things more than homosexuality - war, starvation, murder, inequality of races, violence, homelessness, wealth inequality - all things that truly do contribute to death and therefore destruction of what he has created. Two people loving each other is not evil by definition as love is the opposite of hate, it's just you do not love the same people as they love. Jesus said nothing against homosexuality, if he felt it wasn't right he would have said something. What he did say was love your neighbour as yourself and you have just passed judgement in a hateful, scornful way going against what Christ said should be practiced above all else - you need to be more christlike if you wish to call yourself a christian, and I say that without the hatred you have yourself used but I say it with love.

An actor, does just that he acts taking on a personality character for the screen or stage. His sexuality has nothing to do with that. You can play straight or gay, a great romantic hero or heroin. The one thing I’m certain of, their private lives should be free to be who they are. They should be able to share their lives with whom ever they wish. Being happy and content is essential for the quality of life, no one should be forced to be lonely, or be forced to hide who they are. No one should have anxiety about their sexuality. A persons sexuality is only a small portion of the person.

I will never understand what different the sexuality of my favorite actors make except as it may or may not inform their art, and obviously if I already like what they do then every thing is all good. None of the details of their private life that they don't choose to share is any of my business unless they choose to share it.

@@valerieetter5013 I think it's time that and speaking of maturity I think we should put away all the fairy tales and writings that were put out there to control your mind. I know it's a hard thing to do since you were probably thought this stuff from a very early age and I'm sure you are completely under the spell as a lot of people were but look at what happened to the world in lieu of religion look at all the wars look at all the horrible acts committed under the concept of God well if that's what God is count me out and don't use the Bible as some great thing that is going to make your mind great because it's pollution I really believe it is!
