Requests to grant witnesses as hostile are a real thing. If allowed by the judge, it allows attorneys to cross-examine them using leading questions, which is normally banned by the judge to protect the witness (it is better to risk the guilty walking free than to risk imprisoning the innocent). Not true, it depends on the demographics of the area and what kind of jurors the lawyers select for the case. Every adult citizen gets served with mandatory jury duty equally. Down here in South Florida our juries have many black, white, and Hispanic people on them.

It was totally improvised..... It's kinda normal at SNL. They always rehearse the sketches beforehand to get the lines down, and the timing of everything, but nobody ever performs 100% A lot of them enjoy going a little crazier, or do something a little different during the actual performance to get the unexpected laughs. Usually, it's the normal cast of regulars that plays that game to mess with the other actors, but Donald Glover is just a silly bastard.... Also, I might be totally wrong, and it was an accident when you get nervous on TV, but I highly doubt it.
