That man is a coward!! He's whining and asking for mercy when he tortured a child! Anyone who tortures a child is demented, cruel, heartless, and has no soul.

The “man” is not a man. He is a monster. He has no humanity. It is his family that created him and allowed him to become this inhuman monster. He never showed any remorse. Even in prison, other prisoners will not tolerate a child abuser. Child abusers get prison justice. He will likely not live through his sentence.

@@hammadfpe you are 100% right! And he will go to prison already labeled a Chomo (child molester). The prison gangs will handle things. His only other option is serving his sentence in protective custody. That’s 23 hours a day in a tiny shit box of a cell. There is one hour of yard time each day. The other 23 hours he would be all alone. It’s a particularly hard way to do time, but...considering what he did to a tender aged child, it seems more than fair. I hope that the family of the victim are present every time he’s up for parole so they can remind him and the prison parole board just what a monster he is. I hope he gets properly medicated so he can truly take in the seriousness of what he has done, and STOP claiming he’s a good person. The “I would never touch a child like that; it wasn’t me!” act that he did in the courtroom didn’t fool the judge and it surely won’t fool the parole board. He has to own his crime and his sins and be truly remorseful if he wants to get out before he’s in his 80’s!

Like, "I sentence you to 85 years with showertime every friday afternoon at 14:00 where a minimum of 1 hour torture and or rape will be given." Would you like to live in such a system, call isis now and move away. There`s always a few people that would like say things like you do. Oh society. I hope for your sake he is guilty. You judge harshly. Being a person that was falsely accused and abused before, i would suggest you not be so quick to judge. I guess in your world the judicial system is usually right. Lol. Sad fake world you live in. I am a witness to a very corrupt judicial system. I see corruption in this video on behalf of the judge and the prosecutor. I just seen a video similar with a white woman who had abused her daughter and she only got 15 years!!! Daughter was only 7 and was physically and sexually abused since she was a baby! I guess you have to be a white woman to get sympathy in this 666ick world! I thank GOD for letting me be, instead of handing me over to my accusers. I pray you never are accused of a crime you didn’t commit. Not saying this man in this video is innocent. Just saying, you don’t know! Only God, that man, and the child know. You don’t know if they jury was all white and female. You don’t know what town they live in. Apparently they were broke! There are many factors that come into play when in a courtroom being a defendant. I fought for almost 4years!!! It’s a 666ick system with a not for the poor design. Js. Shalom

Lisa Owens: Because 30 to 65 years in prison for beating someone up and making them sit in one inch of hot tap water for sixty seconds is excessive. This man has a loving family and friends packing the courtroom for a REASON. Because he's a decent guy who did drugs and committed the worst act of his life one night. No one was killed. If he had done the same to a 25 year old man, he'd be out in a YEAR.ruminate on that for one minute There is no special category of 'man abuse' is there? No nice cliche title for a video where you can prejudice peoples views just by the very TITLE.If the video were titled 'Person given thirty years in prison for beating someone up" , what then? Don't you even SENSE what is going on here? Answer: "No, we are completely preconditioned, severely-unintelligent, mass-conformists who have an attention-span of 30-seconds"Say the person attacked here had been a man, would we see the title : "Person convicted of man-abuse!" ??? or the comments like: "ooh, burn the person alive , the person targeted a MAN, a MALE victim, bury them!"" just shoot this person in the head, save the taxes on feeding this animal!" "I have MALE adult children who grew to be his age, and I swear I'd pull the lever on the electric chair if he touched my son!!!!" "We need to just start killing people. No trial , no tears. I don't care what your excuse is. Touch a grown adult kid , firing squad." WAKE THE FUCK OFFANY person can be an innocent victim. If this guy had targeted a harmless adult male random on the street, knocked him out from behind, cuffed him beat him , and put him in an inch of hot tap water, it is still the same thing. That victim would be no more 'deserving' and and no 'less innocent' and no less 'defenseless and harmless'; than the toddler was. These sicko double standards and presumptions are what is behind excessive sentencing like this. Whoever advised this young man to wear an expensive suit and black shirt to make him look old and sinister should be sentenced to six months community service.

Exactly. As a victim of a violent crime I can attest to the long lasting effects. The PTSD. My intruder broke into my house and assaulted me at 3:30am while I was asleep. And his next two victims were tortured and murdered brutally. They were unrelated crimes of two other strangers. Before all this he had 23 previous convictions. Yet after 22 years he’s out and walks the streets in the same small city I live in. I attended all parole hearings and read impact statements despite my fear of him but they released him anyway. So I live every day with the fear that he will come back. I don’t use my real name on social media because I can’t. The police and victim services strongly advised me not to, not that I needed convincing. The defendant in this case shows no remorse but even worse I don’t think it occurs to him that he should. Even if he didn’t admit guilt you’d think he’d be sorry and full of guilt that any of this happened while he was supposed to be taking care of this baby but even that doesn’t bother him. He’s not sorry for anyone but himself.

I got terribly worried when the family were outraged! Perhaps they are quite familiar with the concept of chid torture and brutality and see nothing nothing illegal in the matter. Isn’t what crossed your mind. The defendant and family couldn’t see through the reason why he should get the penalty for such an offence. They saw no reason for conscience, reason of guilt. They see no reason of guilt. That is a very sick family and this defendant that calls himself a good man and denied ever doing wrong to the victim and parents of the victim and the major consequences and repercussions that will be in the future on those victims. What has this world as come to? No souls, no conscience, have no knowledge or concept of what the truth is. Very scary world we are living in.

All four of my adopted children (4 siblings out of foster care) were tortured or raped or battered by birth parents and foster parents before me. They were 3, 7, 8, 10 when they were placed with me for adoption. The trauma is permanent but they are healing each at their own pace -- two it is ruined their ability to bond with others including the rest of us in our family (they left home at 18 and never came back). Physical abuse of a child changes who they are, as much as sexual abuse. They have PTSD, anxiety / depressive disorders, TBI (traumatic brain injury), and more. As adults now all in their 20's, they continue to fight for peace of mind and soul, through God's grace and tremendous help from me and others in their lives who they trust.
