I’m convinced she had that “bruise cream” because she was hit by him before. I can’t help it. There was no bruising except for the ones on her arms and chest. If she bruises so easily all of the time, why weren’t there other bruises? Just my opinion. It sure makes sense she would want to hide bruises here and there from the people at school and her classes, and days of worship. He wouldn’t even like her playing video games! @@OneBadAssMoMo well, from what i could tell, after the insurance brokers testimony: Chad will be found guilty of (at bare minimum) the grand theft and insurance fraud... But interestingly a byproduct of that systemically leads in to showing he had a financial motive to kill Tammy, (not considering Prior isn't even debating how Chad was in an adulterous affair which often can sway jurrors for motive all by itself, even with zero financial incentive) so Chad may be found guilty of 1st degree for Tammy's murder as well as the conspiracy to murder her. Which is 4 very nasty counts with long sentences. After the last 2 days of trial I believe the state has proven his guilt on all of the counts except possibly the 2 counts of 1st degree for Tylee and JJ because so far it seems Lori and Chad had Alex actually commit those murders, but I think Chad will be found guilty on all 3 conspiracy to commit murders. He will spend the rest of his life in prison and maybe even get the death penalty. The Church may want to make a lasting impressiom and example of this goofy murderous prophet cult leader wannabe for dragging their religion through the mud and into the spotlight. I had a vision. 😂🙄🤦‍♂️

And CW’s baby begged her daddy NOT to do the same to her that he had done to her twin moments before!! My stomach is instantly in knots. To be honest I agree but i understand why, Chad has a very poor defense counsel on paper, they’re giving priority to a lot of room to put on the best defense possible so when it comes to the death penalty phase it shuts down some avenues for appeals The evidence (circumstantial) is overwhelming, he has testified against himself (the police car video…”I’m not coming back”) the questionable behaviour after Tammy’s death, the conflicting statements around the funeral/cause of death etc and the physical evidence of being restrained and cause and manner of death plus the fact the only other person in the home at the time was Garth, the physical evidence she was moved after death. The prosecution is going to see it up nicely in closing, I think they’re doing an excellent job, prior isn’t endearing himself to the jury, the judge is shutting down inflammatory statements when he is questioning, I think they waited to make an impact with the medical expert to object so it seriously stood out and gave the jury something new to take note of Sorry for the long response but you really made me think about how I think the case is going and how the jury is taking it all in without having to stop start with objecting and excessive sidebars…it was annoying me the first week too but I’m starting to see the probable reasoning Let’s hope it all come together in closing statements 🤞🏻

Pryor has a tough job. He has to cast shadows on evidence and desperate witnesses. Chad’s writing notes, pointing things out on the screen and whispering comments Pryor brings up on cross. Chad is running his show. He’s such a good manipulator I think Pryor is using whatever he can even if it comes from Chad makes no sense. I don’t like it but I understand it. I hope the jury doesn’t doze off because there’s such a web of characters it’s mind boggling. Chad made sure to separate people he was working on asking for secrecy and wait for his signal. Honestly I don’t think Chad had any idea it would grow to this magnitude. His running his scam he had no idea the undercurrent was speeding up and soon would sweep them all away. You can manipulate a person but you cannot possibly follow everyone once they leave your presence. I’ve learned from interviews and LDS subs comments that the LDS faith does consider spiritual leading (gut feelings) so if it doesn’t feel right it might not be true. At the same time, they are reluctant to confront the person and mention things to leaders; I understand that. If I said “Jesus told me to tell you to wear all green clothing tomorrow”, how would you prove me wrong? It would be the fruit of the request which happens after the incident. You didn’t wear green and a waiter tripped and dumped a tray of avocado dip all over you. “See, I told you so!”. I’m understanding more about how the people around Chad were struggling to process what he was doing. “We have a prophet” said one witness. Biblically there were typically 3 prophets that made circuits to towns even though we read about 1 at a time. So not unusual? How do you know? 🤷🏻‍♀️

@clairhagen6597 - I don’t think she will come up until the end of October. During this trial, the prosecution has been doing this in “chapters” (Rob Wood Opening) and in chronological order. Melanice didn’t really “move” to Rexburg until Oct. 31st, 2019. We are at Tammy’s passing, Oct 19, 2019 and after during her funeral. prosecution’s sprinkling in some of the exhumation evidence from December 2019 , just because it’s probably easier to enter the evidence now, while they also enter evidence of her lack of an autopsy immediately after her death. They are starting on the Malanice chapter soon I think.

Aloha from Kauai!!! Thank you for your amazing coverage of this. I’m so thankful justice is being served! I sadly remember the “Where are the children” posters we had up around the island while Whori and Choad were here.

Hey there Nate I hope you are doing good, I check in on your page here bout every night or every other night and since you’ve come back from your friends wonderful and amazing wedding, I have noticed you have been coughing and trying hard not to cough, I pray it’s only spring allergies and not an illness that you could have gotten over there during your vacation. Because you are a very amazing news reporter and we all love you and the way you do your job. You are very honest and we all love that about you dear Sir… God Bless You And Your Wife And Your families and Faraway Friends

He was coughing before he went on holiday. He has, in his own words, had this cough for several weeks. It’s being called The 100 Day Cough here, due to the fact that it lasts that long and then just … goes.

Hi Nate, Regarding that cough, I highly recommend you go to a doctor and ask them to do some tests, including a chest x-ray. You could have an infection even though you feel good. That cough has persisted for a long time. We all want you to be very healthy! Molly in California

Bombshell moment when Chad told the Gilbert's that Lori's daughter recently passed away as Lori was sitting next to him!!! Did the Gilbert's testify at Lori's trial?

I remember that Mrs. Gilbert did. Poor woman. All she was doing was trying to help. Tammy was her friend and she got tangled up in their lies.
