To say Tammy could not have been strong enough to walk up and down stairs that night because she must have been already dying. That must be his theory. He has to know by now his clients are NOT walking home After this Trial.

Because he's trying to discredit the witness from Tammy's funeral who said she heard Chad say Tammy didn't feel good but after they visited, she went upstairs to bed and he's fixated on discrediting this conversation and that she doesn't know what she's talking about. To me it's a mute point with all the other overwhelming evidence so who cares? But he's focused on that minutiae.

@@denisekinzle1672 there were financial reasons to get rid of the kids. A little over 5,000 reasons a month. Which Chad financially benefited from when he married Lori. That was more money than Tammy made as a school librarian. Which is ridiculous that someone who works a full time job providing a public service to children, supporting 5 kids of her own, makes poverty wages. It’s even more ridiculous that Chad wouldn’t get a real job. With that income Tammy and Chad qualified for assistance depending on the state.
