This Officer gave very clear and concise testimony. Prior knew darn well they could not just run in like Gang Busters to Melanie’s home or phone. That is how you get things thrown out of court if you don’t follow procedure. Lawyers like Prior look for any and every loop hole and half truth.

M.G wasn't local which would complicate matters when a child is missing they'll grant anything , but at this point it was a wellchild check running in like gang busters is just Priors dramatics and like you said the jury can see thru Prior.

shouldn't the jury be immediately reminded of dates. Who died when, and who married when. How can they possibly have a time line. It must be hard. Or maybe the jury is given a time line?

Lori is a liar and she is impulsive as well, but it seems Chad is smarter than her and ruthless. The officers did their best to not chase Lori away, but since they had spoken to Chad a couple of hours before, the gig was up.

Still trying to pin it on Warwick and Gibb. Melanie and David weren't the ones lying ,,they weren't there the weekend Tylee was last seen. And Melanie and Davids GPS data didn't put them on Chad's property right where the kids were found!

Lori was complaining about Kay and not getting the insurance for JJ. She forgot to mention she killed or helped to kill Charles. 🙄

She gets animated by the words life insurance & trying to kill me. No normal person speaks of killing me like Lori. We all saw Charles telling the AZ police 👮 about her threats, he seamed genuinely afraid for the kids and himself

I believe she did that on her own. Then she handed it over to police. That's how they made it sound. I may have missed something. I did hear on the Silver Linings Podcast today, Lori's brother and Uncle host, that both Melanie's got a not so great plea deal with the prosecution for their equally, so great testimony. Let's see if the other one is even testifying.

JJ was non verbal for the most part. The fact Mel G was asked to lie and did…makes me think she had more to do with all this and was offered immunity if she helped locate the kids or give more info. Both Melanie’s imo should be serving some jail time. Melanie P was 100% behind the attempt on Brandon’s life.

I listened to the entire body cam footage on Fox 10 Phoenix. When they leave Lori's townhouse the first thing the detective says is "Not!"

John is trying, trying very hard. But I don't think there's enough seeds of reasonable doubt for this jury to find him not guilty, at all. Just because he planned a Trip to Disney, doesn't mean those plans didn't change once the police came looking for JJ. Chad booked Disney before the welfare check occurred. And the fact that Lori lied on body cam that Chad was her brothers friend, not her husband, which is weird. If they weren't shady why lie about being married to CHAD

Prior is a joke,, bet he knew his skill set was not up to par, that is the real reason he tried to get out of being Chads lawyer. Can’t blame him.

He was probably hoping Chad would go ahead and take a plea. And he’d get paid for only time before that. I’ll bet he’s STILL trying to get Chad to do that. Maybe that’s why he’s so crabby. He doesn’t talk to Chad if you notice. Chad talks to him. Prior is like yeah yeah…..

FYI when an attorney tries this aggressive misdirected and double talking by prior, all he accomplished is to sound like a bully because he wants to gas light the witness into slipping up , it makes her appear dishonest and manipulative!
