to me it reminds me of a mix between Boyle and nikocado (no in the psico way but the way he looks to the cam and his hair ). Also i love it, im from spain and there is a lot of dishes that i dindt know until now

Ran into this channel, I don't know how and now I am becoming a cooking potato expert. Good thing, my son-in-law and his sibling owns a huge potato farm and I grow specialty potatoes (pretty colors) in my yard. Plenty of patatas to experiment with. Not starving during the destruction of the world's economies. Ready for today's. Let me get the recipe card.

I love your enthusiasm and budget friendly recipes, most of these ingredients will be in peoples' cupboards or their weekly shop and it's easy to follow your instructions. I have spent about 6 months in Spain and love the paprika dishes. As I don't have a big appetite, I would often only eat Patatas Bravas with a big Sangria in the evenings and it was wonderful :0) I will definitely be impressing my friends with this !

The best olive oil I ever had was in Moron de la Frontera where I lived for a year in 1970-71. It came in simple plastic containers, triangular if I remember correctly. Nothing out of any bottle that I have tasted comes anywhere close. It was fresh and crude and so flavorful.

At last a recipe to remind me of my time in Deia Mallorca. This was my favourite choice at the local tapas bar there.

I was looking for something different to cook and try during the weekend. I came across this video and delicious meal, so I headed out to the store to buy spices closed to what he used in the video. Of course, I couldn’t find all of them, so I had to use the Mexican spices since I am Mexican, so I figured it would work just as well. It was delicious!. Leaving the skin on the potatoes definitely gives it that extra flavor. I personally preferred the homemade aioli with the egg yolk. I did use green and red peppers but jalapeños instead since I wanted it spicy. I also made two sunny side eggs and placed them on top of the patatas bravas. Great video and very easy to make dish. I think I’ll start cooking more foods from your videos 😊☺️. God bless you.

Your welcome my husband and i did a tour of Spain for our honeymoon. His grandparents are Catalonian but moved to the United States in the 1930s. Your food, your art and architecture are so beautiful! Your culture is amazing too. I hope to go back to someday with our son. Spain's Olive Oil really is Superior.😀
