Yeah they are. Was hoping to release this late last year too and then everyone got into the market. But most of the solutions coming out are still expensive. They need to make affordable solutions too.

The combo light is the best because it’s a combination of floods and spots for the most visibility. In the video we are using the combos

Where did you get your price? I just checked and raw is $592 and powder coated it’s $642. That’s a good deal in my book. Where did you get $800? His vertical tire carrier is $800. Because they’re is more labor in that to make it. So just wondering where you got the pricing info

This is a bargain! OEM third brake light is like $300 🤢 definitely gonna go this route. Btw i think the aux switches go from 30 amp (aux 1-2) 15 amp (aux 3) 10 amp (aux 4) Or correct me if im wrong cuz i dont want to mess my shit up lol

They actually start at 20 amps and go down to to 5 amps. The BD sports lights only will draw about 3 amps with the pros at about 4 amps so I would use switch 4 that is 5 amps. But you can honestly use any of them.

Evils product requires drilling. He does not currently have a bolt on option for the gen1 and he does not plan to make one, we’ve asked.

@@KeepItDirtyOffRoad basically the same though. Same exact price. It’s cool. No hate to this fabricator. He makes nice things. Would just be nice to see these guys make a different product. Not a bootleg copy. Use S1s, Diode Dynamics, KC, Rigid ignites, camera options as the default. Billet even..

It’s all about cost man. Whats the most bang for your buck. Dual s1s would be great too. But you don’t save much going that route unfortunately. So most buyers want the S2s. Also no one makes a small compact light with the same output that will fit. Options are limited so they all come out looking the same

@@KeepItDirtyOffRoad that’s kind of a cop out. To say most bang for your buck. If you’re buying $60k+ Raptors and wanting to run in the desert. These guys can afford it. I wouldn’t cater to brokies if my product is made for Raptor owners. SSbuilt makes a mount for Tundras using KC cyclones. Less output than a S2 but plenty bright for a chase light. It’s different. Not a clone. Diode Dynamics has similar output as well. That would do well. It’s a chase light. Doesn’t need be the sun. Cost effective to fabricator. Sure. Lazy. Yes. More time in product development and being creative is never bad. Using one less hole but making someone else’s mount…..not very innovative.

Guys are not paying 60k for Gen1s man. They are super cheap these days. $35k or less. And you have Grove confused as a big shop. This is a one man shop trying to make cost effective products for the gen1 market that none of the big shops care about because it’s “too small”. This is not a big shop with a big clientele. This is a guy trying to make a living and anything that sits on a shelf is money and time lost. When did you become so jaded dude? Not everyone has endless funds to do this hobby. I sure as hell don’t and will always champion a small shop like this making products that will save me money. Of all thing to complain about, this one is just weird man. Suspension I get it. But this! Really? I have a video planned with the Evil light for the gen2 light in the coming weeks. We were supposed to do it weeks ago but the light design was not tested and it did not work with an antenna mount and a light in the middle. That’s the guy you’re defending right now. I guy I’m about to help as well and have helped in the past despite a similar experience with testing. Seriously dude.
