This man didn't know how to celebrate himself. He didn't know how and didn't come from that. I did the work in my single season for a very long time. I learned this because I didn't come from that either. Now, I pour that energy into my husband no matter how small, no matter the obstacle. Not blaming anyone cause none of us are perfect. It's all a journey and experience along the way. But it makes me wonder, was his wife pouring into him? If so, did he reciprocate the energy? All I'm saying is the right partner can heal us in ways we didn't even know we needed. I wish them healing, reflection, growth, abundance, love, peace, and so much more in this season. Edit: Boom, he said it @26:21. He didn't have the support system. This is all new to him. This interview speaks volumes! Enjoy being appreciated and valued, brother. Cory, I don’t know you personally, but my friends and I have always rooted for you and we will continue to do so. We’re so happy to see you shining….its about time! 👏🏽👏🏽
WOW‼️ I envision Cory Hardrict accepting awards in the very near future. You killed it in "Divorce In The Black" even though I had to fast-forward or close my eyes 😖🫣 during certain scenes where somebody was being roughed up.😄 Timing is EVERYTHING❗️and I've noticed your talent increase for the last several years. It looks like it is truly your time to elevate. We applaud you, Cory. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 👏🏼 and we thank GOD❣️ for Tyler Perry for creating opportunities for many who desire and deserve them.🙏🏼🙌🏼👏🏼
I've never looked at him like this, but he's looking better & better with each interview. He's everywhere, even GMA. His skin, his hair... everything about him is glowing right now. I love it!
I'm typing through my tears, I love, love, love this young man, I support every project he has ever done, thank you for giving him the interview, long overdue. He is a true actor to his core, I've always felt his personal life was just as beautiful as he is. My heart broke over his marriage not working out and I am happy God has comforted him, he is a great, great man. Even though I am unemployed, and have no income, I have got to get my Prime Video back to see this movie. The awards community has no clue on who to give awards to because if they did, his mantle would be full. Please keep being the wonderful, handsome, sexy, actor who transforms himself into the character. I love you for life and support you always!!

He might have an independent film out there in a comedy, he can do anything! Greatest actor!
Showing a child that they have to work for what they want isn't traumatic It teaches life skills.
He is taking off like how Michael B did. I remember Cory Hardrict in a small role in Never Been Kissed.
He been working consistently for years he just stays under the radar socially! He is a helluva actor! Salute King! ❤
Corey is a good actor. He did so good in that movie. He is so underrated and unproblematic.

I don't know Cory personally but this mans energy has always seemed righteous. This masculine energy is such a turn on. Go ahead King🫅🏿
I can see why Tia was with him, he's a REAL BLACK MAN!! Love and appreciate him after this interview. He is a great actor. I hope his career skyrockets after this.

His acting in his new movie was just wow!!!!!...and yes it's important to have a strong team behind. Yes black women!!!
This interview was cute and refreshing just like three friends sitting in the backyard, talking trash and positivity with each other. I loved it and I would love to see more interviews like this breakfast club.
The thing that i hated about their divorce being so public is that people automatically made him out to be some kind of bum who was being taken care of by Tia. This dude has been working long before they met. He sounds like a stand-up guy. This is why you can't listen to what you see and hear on social media.

He’s worked, but not making much money. It takes a while or high paying projects to be good financially in acting. Tia met him while he was taking a bus from a film/tv set. She already had the money. He’s probably just started making a solid income from his tv show All American. I work in the business behind the scenes and see that it’s hard for actors to get steady income or paid well. In his interview with Maino and Angela Yee, he says that Tyler Perry paid him more than he’s ever been paid during the 3 weeks he worked on this new film. So, all that tuition talk..etc, is mostly Tia’s income. She has long money from being a successful child actress all the way into adulthood. Just Google the Mowry twins. You can follow her paper trail(books, clothes, shows, etc).

Tia has the money. Just follow her paper trail. Being a working actor doesn’t equal steady income. She met him while he was catching the bus from a film/tv set. So, all the tuition he’s talking about is mostly her income. He’s just started making a steady income from the tv show All American. Film projects come out months, sometimes years after they were filmed. So, he could do 3 projects that happened to come out at the same time, but done years apart. No work no pay. Tia gets all types of residual checks and she has businesses. Just Google Tia Mowry…she has long money. Her parents set them up well with their career in the industry. He also mentioned in his Maino and Angela Yee interview that Tyler Perry has paid him more than he’s ever been paid…in just the 3 weeks he film the new movie. You hear how Taraji was complaining and she’s done big budget projects.
18:33 😂😂😂😂😂😂 great interview he was nervous at first but when he realized he was safe he took those glasses off ❤❤❤
That's a beautiful black man. His spirit comes out in this interview. Respect to him and all his endeavors.
I love Tyler Perry and I thank you Cory for acknowledging him because he always looks out for black actors in Hollywood and the field of entertainment

I really like Tyler's film contributions and other promotional opportunities, too. It's would be beneficial to hire and promote young writers for his upcoming projects; this effort will expand Tyler contributions to more POC, and allow him to spread the wealth and his wings. That's the way God wants us to roll, uplifting and promoting others. We all know Tyler is a God-fearing believer 💗 who loves people. Lift others (writers), too 💫.

No one talks about this is enough
They could not trip this man up. He stood on his square an didn't give in to their nosey questions. I love it when someone goes on this platform, knows what they are up to, and moves accordingly.
The end was so funny! “I know Morris. Morris stop lying.” 😂
Great interview! My husband and I have always loved Cory. He's an amazing actor. We can't wait to see him in his next major role. Praying that God continues to bless him and his family. 🥰🙏🏽
Everyone who thinks his quiet pain is his marriage...he lost his mother early. That sticks with you all your life.
I appreciate Cory's perspective on being a parent first and a friend second, and the importance of providing children with balance. He comes across as a positive and grounded person and parent. Keep up the great work, Cory! ☮️😇
I just watched the movie last night. He did an AMAZING.job
Cory is a gentleman and very respectful! Many blessings to him and much success. 🙏😍❤❤❤❤
This man right here!!! I am so grateful he is right where his gifts and talents are taking him. As he speaks about parenting and covering his children’s mother is needed and so commendable. 🙌🏾❤️🙌🏾
His character is impeccable. This shows he allows God to lead and guide him. 🙏🏾
The Dad Conversation part was Golden
The best interviews I've seen so far are this one and Rakim. I prefer more down to earth interviews thats humbling, inspiring, and real from the heart.
This was an amazing interview! Wow Cory, salute to you my brother. Hunny child Cory is a different caliber of man. Can't wait to see the film
I’ve always felt Cory Hardrict was a strong actor. And here’s a note to EVERYONE, being an actor is a grind. It’s a craft. Stop thinking this industry is easy because it’s not. It is difficult, arduous, rewarding journey. And I’m so happy he’s getting his flowers and the respect he deserves. He seems like a grounded man and very present father. Many more blessings to him! 🙏🏾

He also seems like he has morals. It’s difficult to “make it” when you have morals.
He is such a humble soul. All the best to him. May he continue to shine.
Most authentic interview I've watched in a while. He did exceptionally I his role
Protect the family! That is a good father! Respecting and protecting his children's mother!
