I was introduced to Katt many years ago by a friend who took me to one of his shows in Florida.. I am not black but funny is funny and real life as it is for most of us common folk is such that you can choose to laugh about it or cry. He has not changed as he has always been real and on target with everything. I am thrilled that he has never sold out and that he is getting the recognition and respect that he deserves. Love how fast his thinking and wit are.

Kat is a naturally funny and extremely intelligent dude.

Yeah, sounds good except it actually HURTS your credit. I can say the same thing. I think the wording on my credit report that negatively affects it is "lack of long term loan or installment plan" or something to that effect. In the real world, where credit really matters, you're better off having paid off a loan or two.

@RK_KNIGHT she weaponized many of the negative narratives out there about him, especially with statements like get your crazy a** out of here, making light of mental issues, etc., that Katt has been publicly labeled with. That is never ok or comical to address. She wasn't attacked, and I would never support a situation in which any other woman was attacked or mistreated, especially unprovoked. She tried to jab him with her jokes, and they didn't hit. IMO she "attacked" him. Many a radio host or interviewer have tried making a name for himself or herself by going at celebrities and having a viral moment, particularly against those who have been having documented issues in the media i.e. Katt going to jail. Her plan and jokes just didn't land like she wanted. If they did, this would be a different story altogether. She tried to give what she got.

She tried to stand up for herself against a comedy genius. She never meant anything literally about him being crazy or mental health, it was a defence statement, because its all she could come up with instead of saying "leave me alone or why are you starting on me" Katt was the first person to bring up his jail charges on the show, if you listen carefully. She was just in a backed up corner, pulling for anything she could think of. Deep down, she was in a situation she knew she couldn't handle and didn't deserve. I feel sorry for her. But Katt was funny, ill admit.
