His acting was off the charts! Megan was incredible of course! But this was his break out role. Her parents were my favorite part of the movie (they were so supportive and funny), which was really important for such a heavy topic. It's a great summer movie to grab a snack and relax without the kids. 😅

Jonathan Major should never have been prosecuted for that nonsense. This was a out of control woman who didn't want Jonathan to break up with her. He wanted nothing to do with her, and was trying to get away from her. He did nothing physically wrong to her. This was such an injustice. Cory did a great job with that movie! What I noticed a lot about him personally outside of the character, during the promotion of this movie this is the most personality I’ve seen him show. In the past He usually seemed cool, but shut off, no emotion, no personality, hard to read…you’d barely even see a smile from him….but he’s been smiling, you can even see happiness in his eyes! I love this for him…happiness!

I watched the movie last night and it was good. Corey was too damn good, he played the hell out his role and Meagan was great of course. All acting was great. Storyline was so real and many can relate. All the best to you Cory, I pray movie opens more doors for you.

I am so glad to finally see Corey do his thing he showed he's a very brilliant actor that took the character and made it real he deserved to be in much more movies and Meagan Good is a great friend for putting him there or helping him meet Tyler Perry and get the role!!

I understand that loss to gun violence - my daddy, nephew, and several friends. It's like a hole in the soul that never heals. The roles I've seen Cory in, he is so real, grounded, and talented. @@WTPMTV Cory and Terrence Howard have simular acting style. I think both of them know something that 99% actors dont know and that is ....your facial impressions helps tremendously also. Keith Ledger playing the Joker understood this also. In the movie when Corey moved Megan hand away off his lap, that facial impression with no words spoke Oscar performance. This man needs more bigger roles and with Tyler connections he is about to get them.

The interview Cory did at the Breakfast Club was one of the best ones, in my opinion, besides the episode they had with Rakim on and a few others. But you get a different perspective when watching that person appear on another show for an interview, depending on the energy, atmosphere, and questions that are being asked to get more from out the person.
