Nah, I hear the brother, but whole heartedly disagree with his rhetoric. A lot of what Mr. Johnson is spouting, if spoken from the mouth of a caucasian person, we would label him a bigot to flat out racist and a conspiracy theorist making hyperbolic claims that are not fact-checked in any way, shape, or form. The other issue is the man has shown no conclusive evidence that he practices what he preaches. "Black men MUST have black wives" - he's (supposedly) never been married, and any (unsubstantiated) rumor that counters the notion, is somewhat controversial, ie marrying two women, or secretly marrying a rapper that is diametrically in opposition to what Umar espouses. Let's not talk about the so-called charter school that he has been building for over 10 years at this point. Please...if you haven't, read the works of individuals like Marcus Garvey, W.E.B. DuBois, James Baldwin, Langston Hughes, and Fredrick Douglass. Educating ourselves is our greatest defense against misinformation. ✊🏾✌🏾

Nah the issue is though, when you champion yourself the spokeperson for a certain group or ideology AND at the same time calling yourself prince and making bold claims then your personal life and choices will be contrasted with the words you speak. If i'm broke then how long can you take me seriously talking about financial security or wealth building? If i'm a decade or longer with no wife and children how long can you take me seriously talking about how to build and keep a family together? If i'm morbidly obese how long can you take me seriously talking about nutrition and wellness? In the community we have a track record of people talking the talk but not walking it at the same time.
