    For a beginner, do you think it's better to use this watch with the arm band for the heart rate monitoring? In fact, both things arrive to the prize of the new Garmin FR 165...

    Hmm good question, I haven't used the Garmin FR165 yet but I'd definitely recommend getting a HR monitor either way.
