CPS took baby Dylan who was suffering from meth withdrawal away from these parents for 12 days and then returned him when the parents delivered a clean drug test. 12 DAYS. 5 lb infant boy experiencing full blown WITHDRAWAL. Returned to hardcore DRUG ADDICTED PARENTS. Do you think as a CPS professional that a meth addict can get clean and turn their life around in 12 DAYS enough to care for an infant?! Does that make any sense to anyone?????? Baby was safe for those 12 days with his foster mother. and a very loving foster mother. I saw her testimony. CPS then chooses to return him to the jaws of hell. They should be investigated as well. This case angers me so much. RIP and God's Grace baby Dylan. Beautiful angel. ❤️💜💙💠💙💠💙💜❤️

The “system” is fucked. I fostered my nephew for 4 years before parental rights were terminated and I was able to adopt. Bio parents were given multiple chances and missed almost every visit or when they did show up they were so high they were passing out. My relationship with my family is forever ruined for my decision to adopt over guardianship but everyday that I see a beautiful thriving happy boy I am 100% proud of myself for choosing adoption.

Isn’t it incredible how some people will backup the abusing parents? My mother and I copped so much flak when we took my nephew and niece in and fought my sister and her husband in court for custody and won. I never wanted to have to go there but when children’s lives are at stake, you just have to do what needs to be done. My own brother thought we were doing the wrong thing, that you shouldn’t breakup families but sometimes, it isn’t a family, it’s a torture camp for children.

It was his attorney. I’m just going to copy my comment that was in response to another comment. I’ve actually watched a few court cases similar to this one and this is the third time I’ve seen a defence lawyer console or rub/pat the shoulders of the guilty parent! Don’t get me wrong, I actually respect defence attorneys for the work they do because it needs to be done and it would be tough to defend someone who did something that goes against your own morals and everything you believe in, but going above and beyond like that, boggles my mind. Their job is to defend their client and put on a good case but consoling them is no different than telling them what they did was ok. That’s the part that I can’t understand or agree with. They put themselves in this position and they now have to face and suffer the consequences. Why should they be consoled or feel some kind of support, even if it’s just for a second. Their poor baby was the one who needed love, care and support and clearly didn’t receive it, so why should he be treated any better than he treated his baby?!?!

I watched a video where the dear truly Godly man reminded us Jesus said to pray for your enemies. I’m having some confusion over this. I’m grappling over- is it my flesh not agreeing with God’s heart? Or is this a whole other level?. I imagine there are some victims of the cabal who have been blackmailed, done terrible things, & carry massive guilt. Maybe those are the type that would run to the Lord if they could see Him??? But it seems clear that many have gone through the process of causing their Conscience to be seared, then the Lord calls again to them even with tragedy out love if He has to. & still they reject Him. Or maybe there is a difference between OUR enemies & the LORD’S? The Lord is so gracious & we often have “enemies” because of the weakness in our flesh, as we are not completely perfected yet. So maybe when the Lord calls them His enemy, then that’s it. Ppssshhh but there are also places in the scripture where God has changed His mind because of conversations with man & gave mercy. I don’t know ... But I do believe we have never been so globally aware (& globally invited into the fight by the Lord) of such satanic evil. Because of the size & seriousness of these battles, I want to have the correct mindset when it comes to this. I appreciate any thoughts you have on it.

I was a foster parent (general, specialized and then therapeutic) for 15 years. I saw kids sent home to fathers who molested them even on visits and the excuse was "we just have to try it." That child came back to me a few years later with an 18 month old baby sister. The older child was completely ruined for life. She was 2 when she left me and 6 when she came back. I have also seen them investigate parents but do not pull the children even though schools, daycares and neighbors call. The reason they don't pull them? We don't have any foster homes that are open. If you can foster, sign up. It's not hard and you can be single...same sex couples, etc. You just have to have a clean safe home, have a fire inspection, a health inspection and take usually about six classes to get licensed. It's worth it.

3 separate incidents bones breaking in a 4 month old baby. Some were healing. Multiple broken bones in arm, ribs, brain bleed, and broken leg. This means that this baby started getting broken bones at 1 month of age. Try to imagine hitting a baby so hard you break his leg or ribs or arm bones at 1 month of age. The baby was born with drug withdrawal symptoms and needed foster care at birth. This is what they did to him, poor little Baby Dylan, who looks like an angel sleeping. Absolute monsters. I hope the GP inmates beat them till their bones break. Rest in peace, Dylan, you poor little thing. So many people grieve for you and what you suffered, little angel. At least he had a few days of love from his foster mom.

@@mimikalcheff770 I watched the trial on Law and Crime Network, I’m assuming Court TV is adding sections at a time and will add it as the last video of this trial. There is another victim here too. I can’t imagine what Daniel JR’s life has been like. I’m sure he’s suffered abuse and neglect throughout his life with these parents. At 15 he’s fully aware his parents killed his brother. I can’t imagine the emotions that child is dealing with. Guilt? Testifying against his parents...of course he did the right thing but that must’ve been a nightmare. Survivors guilt too? I hope he doesn’t beat himself up thinking he “could have” saved his little brother. Anger, I’m sure he loved Dylan more than they did. His entire family is gone bc of the mother and father. Sometimes he probably even blames Dylan, he’s only 15 and may think “everything would be fine if he hadn’t been born” but then feels guilty for thinking that. That poor kid is going through more than most of us can imagine. These assholes not only murdered an innocent baby, they destroyed another child’s life. Daniel JR will stick with me as he’s a surviving victim. I pray he’s getting all the love and resources he needs.
