This recipe is absolutely fabulous and you put in so much information in it for people who are just seeing you for the first time. I loved the part where you took the skin and crisped it up and then added it to the toasted nuts. Great recipe and video Jamie!!

I love making a Chickpea Coronation Salad in place of Chicken!!! (the spices and flavors work awesome together and I think it keeps better for leftovers). I'll definitely try it with Cauliflower though!!! That sounds epic and delicious!!!
