Agreed, the Corona appears to be a great saw at a decent price. Fingers crossed there will be more choices available now than when I purchased our previous "pocket pruner." You could pick anything you wanted as long as it was a Tramontina. No replacement blades were available and now the locking mechanism has failed. Time for a new saw. We sure could use it ASAP as a tree was dropped across the field from our home and there will be more than enough wood there for BBQ. Perhaps a year plus in just the limbs. I have to get busy before the grounds maintenance crew scoops it all up.

@NewHampshireJack I hope you can get one in your part of the world Jack. Made in Korea so lets hope you can land one. I have another batch of videos on pockets saws coming next weekend if your looking for a smaller option.

I think you had your "bucking fork" "y" branch on the wrong side of your cut. It should have been supporting the "tree" and not the limb being removed. That's why it still pinched, I think. Thanks for creating this content and pointing out a new competitor to the terrific Silky line of saws. I'm heading to The HD online store now to order one. I saw that they also have an 8" version. May get that one also. Already have 3 Silkys along with various pitched replacement blades. What's a few more to an addict? LOL

@mrhalfstep yes I did have the bucking fork on the wrong side. What you didn't see is me trying to put it on the other side of the cut for almost 20 minutes. I realized that I could not get it in place without a sledge hammer so I opted to put it on the other side. Thats the problem with being in the woods and trying to film the removal of a 50+ foot tree with minimal tools. Then I had to edit the video down or it would have been 45 minutes long. You would not believe how many people complain to me on older videos being to long. But hey its all good. The 8" version is awesome. I have that one and 2 other pocket saw videos dropping next Saturday. I just wanted to highlight some budget options that work as good. And yes what is a few more to a gear addict lol.
