For real! I never in my life thought I'd go out and buy a meat grinder and a sausage stuffer but here we are. He inspired my wife to make our breads and buns fresh as well. This channel has had an awesome influence on me.

The wall was not putting up your disrespect. 🤣🤣
You should make pancake sausage on a stick. Jimmy Dean special from my childhood that is right up your alley

At MN State Fair...the big debate is between the Pronto Pup (pancake battered hotdog on a stick) vs the traditional Corn Dog. I'm a corndog fan myself. Footlong...all beef please!

I think I might try that after deer season. I make a great breakfast sausage.
When she found out it wasn’t honey mustard and hit him with that disappointed “oh” 😂
Nothing wrong with making an absurd amount of hot dogs on the 4th!!!! Awesome how-to!
Chud, thank you for uploading this on the 4th of July after I already had enormous plans to smoke up a storm today. Now I have corndog envy.
It's even better to delete the stick for corn dogs. Just use a metal skewer about a quarter of the way into the dog to bread & slip it out as you drop into the oil. Removes the harsh pine flavor.
Happy 4th! You really pull out all the stops! I'm appreciative for all the great information you include in your videos. You're the best! 😊
“I made it myself!” That was hilarious to me.😂
Been following for a few years and these videos never get old thanks for sharing with us and teaching us how to be our own family pitmaster
Always look forward to your videos, Bradley! Best BBQ channel out there!
Brad!! You're a national treasure! Thanks for the 4th of July grins!
Another awesome video.... Thank's, Go Chuds
I've been camping over the holiday and watched this one late. Who doesn't like a corndog with the OG mustard? Great looking cook. Hope everyone had a great 4th
Once again looks good and can’t wait to try your recipe. Don’t change a thing!!
I'd have to say 6" is MASSIVE! And those look wayyy better than Fletcher's Corny Dogs. Would love to see your take on a Korean Corndog! So many different routes you could go with them too because of the variety that they already have.
Brad, we love every one of your videos! You constantly inspire. Appreciate all your hard work champ! 😊
I'm so making this Tuesday when I'm off from work 🙌
Cool video man. Thank you for posting this in the 4th. Gives us // me something to watch as I cook some of your other recipes.
corn dogs are as american as anything and these ones look amazing.
Those looked awesome! So was the video.
Brads videos got me into this hobby I’ve made snack sticks galore now I’ll give hotdogs a try I’ll give sausages a try once I get a meat grinder! Have a good 4th of July Brad
Delicious corn dogs bro! Very nicely done!
Thank you for providing the recipe and the spice measurements! ❤
I just made your hotdogs using this recipe from last year, and also smoked them 4 hours with the smoke tube. Probably only a couple hours smoke would've been better, but the taste is on top of the world, way better than store bought 😊 Now I'll get to use some for corndogs too!
Man, stumbled across your channel a few weeks ago. Absolute quality. Keep it up. Love from Nottingham UK
I had a home made corn dog 30 years ago. Ive been searching for them ever since. Gonna have to give this one a try.
Happy 4th Brad!! Great idea
lmao the squeaky handle is great
Alright…..I’m going to have to try my hand at this one day…. Nicely done!
Never seen this done before Brad - Thanks! - Cheers!
just want to say i love all your videos and you encouraged me to start making my own sausage keep up the awesome videos, i was wondering if you could make a homemade baked bean recipe all i see on youtube is throw two cans of canned beans in a pot add spices and that's it would love to see your take on homemade beans
Outstanding! Glad you didn't lose an eye.
awesome corn dogs!
Great video! Thanks for sharing.
Put some jalapeños and maple syrup in that cornbread coating...or however you would make a really flavorful cornbread. Yum!
"Cold beer?!" Good idea! Bradley, you're one of the best.
Many thanks Chudly Robinson. Please soon demonstrate the proper utilizations regarding the boneless beef bottom sirloin butt F in preparations for asada meats. Many thanks.
❤ art, just art.. 🇺🇸
Happy 4th of July to you and your family! Thanks for the video, been running the smoker since 8 am this morning!
Awesome video, and would definitely be interested in finding out if they could be frozen and the reheated, but I would absolutely LOVE to see a jalapeno cheddar version of this done!!!
NICE!!! Ive done these before, they turn out amazing!
Looks great... Needs more bread "girth" and possibly more cow bell😂
Looks "delissious" Bradley, I have been sausage making for a while but haven't attempted dogs yet, this is a great introduction. Cheers!
Those look amazing!
I now want some natural casing dogs. Maybe in cornbread and deepfried.
The Master walks the dog. Bravo!
WOW! Those look amazing!!! I got myself my first ever Picanha, and it is USDA Prime! I'm excited, cooking Picanha Steaks for the 4th of July!! God bless America! 🇺🇸 🦅🇺🇸
I did this recently with smoked sausages. Talk about a girthy bite!
Nice cant wait to try making these. They should be gooood
Tried your beef hot dog recipe turned out great!
Fantastic! 👏🏽
jeeezzz. dropping the hammer on the 4th. I want them corn dogs. I'm only a few hours north in OKC. I need to sneak down to Austin an say what's up. Also I think we need a livestream today, so you can show us the kind of spread you guys are putting out at your 4th festivities. Big love. I'm also from the northeast.
Finally! Psyched
I'd hate to have to clean up after Bradley! Great video! I love corn dogs. Happy 4th!!
the wall was not having it 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Happy 4th of July! From Canada
Great Holiday Cook As Always Bradley!!!.👍✌✌ You Can Not Go Wrong with Corn Dogs. You have just invented THE LARGE SMOKEY!!!✌
You need to secure the pin/shaft to avoid the stand mixer head from jumping. Just turn it upside down, get a Flathead screwdriver and tighten the little screw that sets the pin/shaft in place. It will slightly increase the mixing power as the energy wasted in bouncing around will be transfered to whatever you're mixing in the bowl.
Nice work buddy, I’ll give this a go 👍🏻
Those look fantastic! Gotta try, maybe I can convince the wife we need a meat grinder 😉
When you cold smoke on the Yoder, you can circulate the smoke with the fan only mode. Saw that on atbbqs channel with chef Tom.
Happy Independence Day brother! Freedom dogs!😬🥃👍🏻
Happy Fourth of July!!!!!
Pretty awesome stuff there bud.Canadian here
Awesome
I guess I’m gonna need to invest in this project.
Always love your videos and you inspire me to try new things. I love my Yoder. How do you like yours? Maybe you and Chef Tom with ATBBQ could do a video together sometime. That would be awesome to have my two favorite KZreadrs collaborating together.
Cornhole ends for the win.
Awesome looking corn dogs. Hope you have a Happy 4th of July. Cheers, Bradley! 👍🏻👍🏻✌️
Man, I would love to see you make a good bagel-dog!
You should try the Alton Brown corn dog, best thing ever!!
Happy 4th Mr. Robinson
I'm sorry but you're too excited about a crispy wenner. It made me feel better that your wife said it was to big. Hahaha Love the Channel keep up the the good work!
That is a beautiful thing.
Has anyone tried making these yet? I made 5 pounds of dogs on Friday, measured the spices to the gram per the recipe in the description , and smoked them for 2.5 hours. Seasoning was overpowering and the smoke was also really strong. I want to try this again but not sure what I did wrong.
Keep up the good work, guy 👍
YES!!!!
Jiffy corn muffin mix also works .
These look AWESOME. I just got a sausage stuffer in the mail! Unfortunately, I don't have a meat grinder, so I'm a little limited in that respect. And you had to send me off down a rabbit hole looking at buffalo choppers, too. Thanks, Bradley! lol
Happy 4th of July!
Great video! I love fresh made corn dogs, especially from county fairs. Also, could plain white sugar be replaced with brown sugar to compliment the smoke flavor profile?
Hell yeah brotha!!!
You ever do Alton Browns corndog batter with cream corn? Pretty awesome.
"What are the odds of that"? had me rolling!!!!!!! X-)
My stomach is growling 😂 great video
For the algorithms bay bay!!!
Glizzy curtain 😂
Brad I'm over here dying🤣🤣🤣🤣how do you get attacked by the corn dog stick🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣those babies look delicious 🤘🏾
you need to try that with exta spicy cajun mustard.
"Hot dogs! You know what they're made of, Chet? Lips and assholes!" - The Great Outdoors (1988)
I have made hot dogs in the past but sous vide them now I know what I'm going to do with the chuck roast in the freezer happy 4th🧨🇺🇲
I would definitely put chopped jalapenos in the cornbread batter.
Mmmmmm.... Hot dog water soup......
Did some hotdogs last month. I feel your pain when using the stand mixer, I was catching meat paste left right and centre
Jimmy Dean pancake breakfast sausage on a stick. That would be a good test recipe
You need to do Issan northern Thailand style sausages Bradley.
Respect my varietah!
Try em bacon wrapped before you batter and fry, I did this once to high praise from friends and family.
@12:00 HAHAHAHAHAHA! What are the chances! 🤣
