    Are body weight exercises like front lever pull and back lever pull targeting all three for integration? Or is it just targeting static extension?

    Side planks or other lateral core stability between/prior to lower body movements is a great movement to activate TA. Really good filler movement that opens up hip internal rotation to squat deeper with more stability.

    what excersizes should we do for extension/flexion?

  • @garrettschneider5430

    @garrettschneider5430

    7 жыл бұрын

    Pretty much anything you want, Extension being any exercise where your head would be going towards your heals like a back extension. Flexion being anything where your head would be going towards your toes like sit-ups. There are tons of different exercises you can do.

  • @BenjaminFountain

    @BenjaminFountain

    7 жыл бұрын

    +Garrett Schneider yeah but sit-ups and crunches and bullshit like that would make my posture worse, cause imbalances, etc. and back extensions would further and Donald duck posture. correct me if I'm wrong but stuff like that would not be beneficial

    "Sit ups and crunches and bullshit" Lol'd first off. There are zero things wrong with doing any basic ab work out, just fucking do it and if they are causing you imbalances you're doing something wrong. And there are hundreds of videos between this channel and strength camp that go over flexion and extension workouts for you to watch.
