    Thank you so much for taking the time to make these videos! Every time things aren´t going my way during training I remember that you also struggle at times but keep on working and getting better. It makes it so much easier to keep going when I know someone as good as you also faces difficulties sometimes.

    I always watch your videos before bed and then you go and cook such delicious looking things and it makes me hungry because I try not to eat before bed so then I'm mad I'm in bed and not in the kitchen. But then I see your 2% body fat and I'm inspired to stay strong and not give in and gorge myself on 10 lbs of food. So, I guess what I'm saying is I have very mixed emotions watching your videos. 😜

    Everyone in the background, haha! Guys are so much more laid back at practice than girls. I think it's nice that you all can work hard and be focused without having a lot of unnecessary stress! I hope this comes across the right way and that you have a clue what I mean, lol!

    Do you or have you ever had tendinitis? I do currently on the inner side of my right arm, from fingers to inner bicep, and have been trying to get rid of it so I can get back to doing powermoves for break dance. That is what I got it from: flares, floats, ufos... If you ever had tendinitis, can you tell me how you got rid of it, please?

    Jake Dalton thank you for answering. Been watching all of your videos since I started recreational gymnastics and it helps me a lot in getting an idea about specific weight training and bodyweight exercise progressions. Keep up with the videos :)

    Is leg raises kind of exercises that gymnast did targets for only abs, only hip flexor, or everything that this exercises hit?

    mostly abs but definitely gets hip flexor and I even feel in quads sometimes

    I notice you eat at home a lot. Is this so you can control what you eat/how it's cooked, or do you find eating out to be unhealthy and not conducive to your training demands?
