Copycat Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls Recipe
Here's the recipe:
Dough:
4 cups all purpose flour or bread flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3/4 tsp fine salt
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup lukewarm milk (fresh milk of evaporated milk)
2 & 1/4 tsp instant yeast
2 eggs (room temperature)
1 egg yolk
Fillings:
1 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp muscovado sugar
2 1/2 tbsp cinnamon ground
1/3 cup melted butter
1/2 cup warm all purpose cream (for pouring over risen roll)
Creamcheese Frosting:
1/2 cup cream cheese
3/4 cup powdered sugar
3 tbsp milk
*bake cinnamon rolls at 350°F

Warning! Do not bake these if you live alone! Thank you, for your recipe! I made these cinnamon rolls yesterday and your explanation was very easy to follow. The cinnamon rolls are delicious! Better than any I've ever eaten! I have to give these away because I will eat the entire pan!

Made these today and they tasted marvelous! Only thing I did differently was used half of a 8oz package of cream cheese and about 3 table spoons more of powdered sugar for the topping. I'm glad I did as I think I would have come up a little short getting as much frosting on the rolls as I like. On a whim I added a teaspoon of vanilla. Yes I knew it would give the frosting an off white color but I like the taste. I did also round up on the cinnamon and sugar in the filling... love the gooey on the bottom of the rolls! Thanks for posting!!

I used OO flower and went real easy on the butter, in the dough, and used heavy cream instead of milk..... BOOM!

This recipe was amazing omg but something I did different was the filling, instead of sprinkling the cinnamon sugar on I made more of a frosting kinda so basically I used brown sugar, regular sugar, butter and cinnamon still came out amazing

Na gawa ko ito sobra daw yummy Cinnabon daw sabi mga bisita at ng hipag ko sa reunion ng family ng hubby ko.Sad to say hindi ko pa natikman dahil paid order ni hipag ko mga bread na dala ko hehehe ❤️😂 So,gagawa ako ng para samin dito sa house ko para natikman ko rin nman❤️❤️❤️😂😂
This is the best recipe for Cinnabon i have ever made , the tip for pouring heavy cream on top is great to keep it from crusting and give it a nice color as well, another tip from me is to bake it at 180 c , till it is lightly browned from outside , it is best when it is medium rare Also frost it as soon as it comes it of the oven

Thanks for watching dear, adding 1tbsp of muscovado can just make this cinnamon roll a deeper toffee-like taste 😊

Yes you can but first make it alive with warm milk
Anong milk po ang gamit nyo? And how to make it lukewarm? Sinasalang po ba sandali sa kalan? Kasi di ba mostly nasa ref yung mga milk.

I ate Cinnabon today. The rolls were packed too close no space to breath. Was expecting more. Only sauce was nice. The bread was so so .
