I just made these tonight - second time making cinnamon rolls ever. Let’s just say my husband said that they’re better than Cinnabon. My teenage daughters loved it. I loved them! If this helps anyone, I ended up letting my dough rise for a little over an hour. I used Active Dry Yeast instead of the instant. I also baked them at 400 degrees for 18 minutes. I probably could’ve gone a little shorter because I was worried that I’d burned a couple of them but when I frosted and tasted them…wow, just wow! Thank you so much for sharing this with us. This will be my go to from now on!

Except cinnamon rolls aren't supposed to be super soft, the outside should be almost crispy. Traditionally anyway. Hers did not look baked long enough but if that's how you like 'em then it works for you.
