Depends on what you're looking for. Europe is great and staying in youth hostels or couch surfing is an easy way to meet other people :)

they are absolutely not the food destinations. its pure propaganda these are the worst cities to eat well. you cant find a single restaurant for a moderate price most food is perfectly tasteless... unless you go really deep down your pockets
