as a danish persone i think you should take to denmark at christmas so you can try medisterpølse or try some desserts like pebernødder, brændte mandler ,risengrød or vaniljekranse just to name a few

Frikadeller -- Danish meatballs. (The ones the fishcakes are named after!) Served with potatoes, gravy, and boiled red cabbage or pickled beetroot. Can also be served with stewed white cabbage, or brought to potlucks or picnics with potato salad. Often a topping on smørrebrød! Karbonader/krebinetter -- also a kind of meatball, but it's just mince (either pork or beef, or a mix), formed into patties and breaded, then fried in a skillet. Served with stewed peas and carrots and potatoes.

what you showed in 4 was a piece of flæskesteg which is a pork roast cut from the neck, back or breast of the pig. it is typically served with boiled potatoes, a brown gravy, pickled red cabbage and caramalized potatoes. What you are talking about in the video is stegt flæsk, which is fried slices of pork belly. Indeed, these are served with boiled potatoes and a bechamel-ish sauce with parsley

She specifically mentioned in the video that she unfortunately didn't get to try that dish 'Stegt flæsk' on that trip but hopefully will next time.
