🥘 Recipe "Dumplings with sauerkraut"🥘
For filling:
-sauerkraut
-onion
-vegetable olia
Dough:
-white flour 500 gm (approximately)
-baking soda or baking powder 1 teaspoon
-salt a pinch
-sour milk or whey 1 cup
First, prepare the filling for the dumplings. Fry finely chopped onion until golden brown, add sauerkraut and simmer well until tender. Cool the cabbage before using it as a filling for dumplings. Now let's do the dough. Add soda and salt to some of the flour and mix. Add sour milk to the mixture. Knead the dough well and leave for 30 minutes. Place a pot of water on the fire. Divide the dough into small parts depending on the size of the dumpling you want. Making dumplings with this dough is very easy. When the water boils add salt. Cook over medium heat for 7-8 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
