- butter or margarine 250 g
- sugar 150 g
- chicken eggs 2 pcs
- flour 400 g
- baking powder 1 teaspoon
- jam 300 g
Knead the dough. Divide into 2 halves. Divide one half into small pieces and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Roll out the second half into a thin layer and add any jam (not rare). Grate the second part of the dough on top of the layer with jam. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. While it's hot, cut into portions.👍
