Global markets or African Markets sometimes have them. Some Asian Markets as well, though it depends if they're trying to be "catch-all" (they'd have it) or more specific to a country, ex. Korean Markets (they probably wouldn't). Or online, as shown here. On the screen, at the end.

I put a little milk in my eggs. Doesn't make it pancakes. Don't know what kind of eggy pancakes you eat, but you are incorrect. Maybe not authentic scrambled, but very similar.
