Constant Lifted or Collision Errors On A Husqvarna Automower? Here's what To Check!

Фильм және анимация

If your mower starts giving you a "Lifted" or "Collision" error repeatedly, but when you use the quick info menu to see if any of the collision or lift sensors are active (See this video: • Husqvarna Automower Co... ) it says none of them are active, then you need to check the mower's body and snaplock cap bushings. As you will see in this video, the snaplock caps can wear into the plastic body of the Automower and as it wears it will allow the body to move and shake more than it should. This excessive body might not be noticeable by watching the mower running around in the lawn. But when you remove the body from the mower it will be very easy to tell if the body is worn where the snaplock bushings clip into the body. The excessive wear can cause the body to shake enough to trip one of the lift sensors in the front of the mower as it shakes its wake across uneven and rough terrain or even as it hits clumps of thick and heavy grass.

Thanks! Very timely. I have a 2016 450X that has just started having multiple lift errors and collision sensor errors. Could not have a successful Automaker without RMS and Dwight

great video. you didn't really show how those caps are meant to be removed, so i guess if i am having a very hard time removing it that it is probably not worn out. thanks for the videos!

Great video, but that awful noise in background is way too distracting.

It was a fan. We made this in the middle of summer and it was just stupid hot. We had to have the fan on to help keep the camera from overheating.
