Wanted to see how noisy it was? The one thing you didn’t include in the video
I accidentally didn't screw the bottom bit probably so it tilted when trying to make a coffee, I took the black part of and underneath the actual machine was left over water, is that normal or have I damaged it?

Does it work with refillable capsules?

It’s advised they aren’t used. I haven’t tried them personally

I’m about to publish my review of this and then do a comparison hopefully this week. 👍🏻
Mine failed after a month. Customer services are ignoring my emails. Others have had issues. And report that customer service is terrible. Avoid. It's expensive for the short amount of time it worked. Avoid!!

Thats not good at all, what a shame. Im doing a comparison between this and the Outin and personally the Outin CS are amazing, well worth a look
