good video, BUT i still can't get mine connected, really annoying.

This app is fantastic for pictures and all, but really really really wish they would update it to include remote video recording! I rely on this camera as my main video angle and it’s such a shame to see how this little feature was left out and no update was ever given to it to allow for it.

My camera shows "connection failed" when trying to connect !!! Help!

mine still won’t work. smh.

My power shot sx60 hs doesn’t create a network to connect to, it just says connection failed after searching for 2 seconds

The issue is had was getting it to recognize the name...try going to the menu, on the second tab scroll down to Mobile Device Connect Button, the hit remove destination. Then go back and see if that doesn't better recognize your device.

My camera won’t stay connected to the WiFi.😩 i don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I have it connected for a few seconds and when i try to get the videos it disconnects.

hey did you figure out the problem? my camera's been working fine and started to do this out of nowhere.

Does it have to be an apple device?

Can you connect more than one iPhone to retrieve pics of videos ?

Anyone know how to shoot a remote video? Or is the remote photo the only option? I can upload videos just fine but I'd like to see it on my ipad since my forward facing camera just shows a blurry black thing.

Many updates but nothing interesting, no good features, like the ability to record videos with the app, you would've thought that this is such an important feature, most people use these cameras for videos, not photos, Is there any chance of us getting this feature in the next updates? Thanks

Yes you can transfer videos that are saved on your SD card in the camera in MP4 format.
