The reason you need to write your goals down often is to memorize them and be aware of your actions, thoughts, and decisions throughout the day that will make you do things based on whether whatever you're about to do; will it bring you closer to your goal; if you don't, then you're giving your attention, time, and energy to everything else but your goals. Very simple, yet powerful.

How to sell more cars than any of his fellow workers and started saving 40 % of every dollar he made for 5 years before he launched into buying an apt building (385 K ) ( after a failure at buying a single house 70 K to rent), now today his net worth is 600 Million and owns real estate all over USA.

It's amazing that he said this because when he was approached with the question and asked to show receipts, he could not produce them. He was also being challenged by a man who is in the league that Cardone wants to be in. Grant was asked if he was actually a billionaire and to prove it and it didn't happen, but rather, he is now suing the guy who asked for receipts. Interesting.

@@Strikeitbig I understand that, although to the one being interviewed it might seem rushed. I think to balance things because I also watched the interview with Myron Gaines and with FreshPrinceCEO as well multiple times while the interviewed was responding they will be interrupted with a new question. My suggestion would be to let them finish what they have to say, rather cut out the part you guys deem unnecessary than to tell the interviewed "am bored with this question". This is just my suggestion you guys know better

Grant is 100% right. I’m reading the book reality transurfing, I’m on book 3 and it discusses the exact thing grant is talking about putting yourself in the place you want to be rather than imagining how you will get there or living in someone else’s dream.

Grant is not a scammer, he's just very aggressive with his sales tactics, and it comes off like he is over promising and under delivering. But it is not the case if you follow up with everything he has to offer. It's like someone selling you a ticket to some country and preaches extreme satisfaction about it and how it'll change your life and everything, only to then realize how far you have to go to complete and achieve that said result. It can feel, to some folks that quit, like a scam. Which it isn't. You quit, you scammed yourself. In the end, his job is to fulfill his goals, and it's primarily his financial security. I'm speaking as someone who studied him for close to a decade. I always enjoy his energy.

Same as if today's Grant were to try selling young Grant the fact that he can become a billionaire and that he has a 4 billion dollar real estate portfolio. Young Grant will laugh and not believe him. Then he will wait a week or two and decide to pull the plug and try it out. But sadly, he quits because he realizes how hard it is and how far he has to go, and never gets to fulfill that dream unless he pulls through. And this is why he mentions things like he quit every day for a decade until he realized the dream is possible. Your first half on your way to success will feel the worst. It'll feel like slavery. Forcing and slaving your way to your own success.

Until you reach half way and realize that you can't turn back because success is the same distance as if you were to turn around. Although, in reality, it would be faster to lose it all because your brain will give you EVERY negative emotion within minutes of quitting, and you'll feel like taking your own life. But there is a second option, which is to pull through. It is not going to be a feel good process. It will be hard. You'll have to accept that you'll encounter absolute mental torture until you become comfortable being uncomfortable, and one of the easy hacks is to do so with people on the same journey or even folks that are already mid-way there. Just know that there is no shortcut but that way, and that way only.

When you lose motivation, you easily quit or revert towards distractions, pausing your productivity, fetching dopamine coping mechanisms, and become stagnant. Know that your only way to success is doing what you don't want to do. It's literally the opposite of quitting drugs. Which is; you're fighting for feeling normal, but you drop into sudden hell, feeling like rock bottom, and you feel like your only way up is through drugs. And we know that to quit drugs, you need to be comfortable being in that torturous rock bottom, and pull through until you're able to get out of that addiction. Success is the same, completely. What does this mean? When you try to remove or add things into your life, you need to push through the things you don't want to do, that you know you have to do, that's where success is at. Whether it's quitting drugs or becoming a millionaire.

Grant simply doesn't make sense sometimes. Right out the gate, he personally attacks one of the hosts by assuming/accusing the guy watches corn simply because the host is trying to get a more specific answer out of him. Then, the hosts can't even finish a sentence when grant is already physically twisting and turning interrupting the host.
