I couldn’t stand public school for that reason it was such a waste of time, when I wouldn’t go for a day I could finish everything from that day in an hour. After finishing high-school I look back and try and think about something I learned that is useful and nothing comes to mind except for the social interactions.

How tf can you save money IF YOUR RENTING?!!?!?? Houses appreciate!!! When you buy a home and pay mortgage, you’re paying your FUCKING SELF!! Buy a home, pay a mortgage for 2-3 years, sell it, you’ll profit a MINIMUM of 10% of the original price, and take they extra 10% to buy another home as investment property, or use all of it and buy a bigger nicer home. The original money you put down and monthly mortgage payments, all that money never goes away, you always have it. When you rent for years and years. That’s 10’s of thousands gone!!

I feel you, the only way I got out of my rut was by downgrading my lifestyle, and struggling for a couple years. Then I developed a plan to save, and invest, and now I can say I’ve brought myself out of the rut I was in. Good luck!
