MJ as great of a musician and artist he was, he is the greatest example of a self hater. He hated his black skin. I love his music, but he is the total opposite of a proud black man. He may be the 🐐, but in my personal favorites he ranks far below Marvin Gaye, Bob Marley, Prince and Tupac…

Lmao Prince the dude who said he was half white and only dated whites women’s lmao. Gtfo. Michael wasn’t no self hater, he supported many black artists and black causes behind the scenes. It’s true, he always made lemonade out of the lemons life gave him. When he got the burns scar on his head, he made long hair & Fedora into a fashion statement even though it was to cover his scar. Same thing with makeup & glove.. which were to cover vitiligo. The mask protected him from respiratory illnesses on tour but it also added to his mystique. Everything had a practical purpose that he turned into a style statement. He used his super pale skin to create an otherworldly glow from the light reflecting off it on stage or photographs.

It’s weird and ignorant to question the legitimacy of a child that is an entire different race from his father? A man that is accused of being attracted to minors of the opposite sex at that. You lack basic critical thinking skills and are blinded by MJ’s talents.

Michael was ignorant and weird for hating himself so much that considering all the poor and disadvantaged black kids around the world he went out of his way to create white babies to raise as his own instead of adopting a black child, or at least actually using his own DNA…. I’m sorry it bothers me as a black person who was so proud of MJ and loved his music it hurts that he would be so ashamed of being black… Nothing against his kids because they are totally innocent and are legitimately his kids who he raised.

Prince definitely understands legacy and the role he plays in maintaining his Fathers. For the people out there who have lost ones that had achieved any level of fame, or popularity during their lifetime, will understand that people will present you with stories about your Father(or whoever it may be) that make him out to be some superhuman figure and presence. They may tell you things that you know are completely inaccurate , or received in a way that you know would not have been the intention of your Father. They also can’t seem to ever confront the harsh truths of any darker side of their lives. Paris seems to understand that whatever connection this person has to his Father is their connection. There is no need to correct them and potentially sour or ruin something that meant something to them. I bet you that Prince could actually address the darker side of what people say about his father in a way that is authentic , true and even if he notes it as one of his Fathers flaws , that it does not in anyway take away from all of those other things that made him great , or what he loved about him. I am speaking from the experience I have gone through as someone who lost his “locally Famous” Father. Good Job Prince!
