She has some great recipes but the girlish way she speaks irks me. There have been a few recipes that I would have loved to watch but after few seconds of intro I just cannot stomach the cutesy, girlish spwaking turns me off. I am sorry, she's beautiful and an excellent baker but that's just me. I suspect the unlikers (I'm not one though) feel the same way.

Hi lovely! Yes u definitely can use cake flour! Just omit the cornstarch and substitute it with 2 extra tbsp cake flour 😘 Add some melted chocolate to your cream mixture!😍 Lots of love from Rome❤

@@emmasgoodies is Tres Leches cake (before being soaked) more moist than normal sponge cakes? cuz your Tres Leches cake recipe has a more liquids (by%) compared to your other sponge cakes. Just curious hehe

Ooh my.., I am salivating for this cake. we are all connected in some-way with our ancestors, Emma. (Let me explain) and each time they pass down this type of recipe to a family member in some way. I’ve seen other versions of this recipe on several videos, but in different countries. And my great-grandmother taught me how to make this cake, but in my culture it’s call “3-Leche” which mean : “three cream milk” ... oh by the way., I am absolutely sure this cake taste delicious. It really looks fantastic it's a very fluffy cake with this gorgeous milk cream which makes it so beautiful that one would run to grab one slice of it. I'll surely try it at this weekend. Ditto yes I know this cake is good to make for company or even for some family members I love anything with fruit and cream this would be really great with a cuppa tea or coffee or even a cold glass of milk or apple juice
