Comparing the Girsan MC14 T Tip-Up™ to other EAA pistols
Спорт
In this video Paul compares the Girsan MC14 T pistol with other classic pistol designs like the 1911 and High Power, as well as modern striker-fire pistols. His evaluation focused on various design features, including different types of safeties, as well as the benefits of having a Tip-Up™ barrel to check a loaded chamber in low light conditions.

The round in the baseplate that’s wild. I’ve seen a lot of reviews on this pistol and this was the first I saw anyone showcase that feature
I love it as an excellent option over a revolver for those with arthritis because you will have more rounds than you would have in the revolver. Great job 🙌👏👍

I mean, this gun is awesome in every way but revolvers are still better
I was hoping someone would take this tip up barrel concept and improve it. The 32acp versions another company does are good, but 380 is better. If I can find this I'll buy it.
So I can tip up the barrel to do a safe hammer release and it will be ready for DA? Very nice. I will be checking it out.
Might be a good thing for someone who only has one hand. Even at the range, racking the slide against the counter is frowned upon.

I'll try one and get back to ya.
Nice
And looks Great.
Want to try this, and is an Aluminum frame for 35 PI coming soon to greatly reduce carry weight? ETA if so? 26ish ounces vs 32 is a big difference Make it Match like magazine safety already removed

Hey @eaacorporation I just saw you're coming out with one as I suggested can you send me a duo tone Grey to T&E plz???
Wow! You have a spare magazine for this pistol. EAA apparently doesn’t have them. Retailers apparently don’t have them. I guess you know someone at the factory, eh?
Love Girsan......some of my best 1911s I own.......I have six Girsans. This one, I like, but not being at least a 9mm, not for me.

Just curious: are your 1911 style pistols also in 9mm?

@@ohgary All are .45's
Does this gun come with one magazine or two? And if only one how expensive are the extra magazines? Do they all come with that extra round base plate?

One magazine only and extra magazines from Girsan are scarce as hens teeth. There IS a workaround however. The case it comes in is thin plastic like a takeout food container. But I had to have that tip up barrel. I got a proper pistol case, made in America, for about seven dollars. I’m happy.

The extra round base appears to be an option. My spare mags labeled “Beretta” were about thirty dollars.

@@ohgary thanks for the info I appreciate it
REMINDS ME OF MY BERETTA 25 CALIBER TIPUP PISTOL BUT WITH A BIGGER ROUND AND MORE BULLETS THAN 8 . MY TIP UP IS SINGLE ACTION ONLY, WHERE EAA OFFERS DOUBLE AND SINGLE ACTION, THIS IS A MUST FOR ME. THE GUNSTORE WANTS TO BUY MY 25 CAL FOR $275.- AND ORIGINALLY I BOUGHT IT FOR 100 BUCKS.
Why no hammer drop?
