hello sir.. I graduated in march 2021 and got a job in my hospital trust itself from 15 April2021 but my permanent registration was issued to me on 6thmay for which I had applied on 2nd may 2021.so this few days without percent reg will it cause any problem? my provisional Registration expired in feb 2021. kindly guide me. thanks in advance.

They are different things, peer reviewed journal published research is better
