Sir after joining MTI and cleareing me ship exams can we convert the visa from Tier 5 to TIER 2 immediately and continue working. I'm asking about GPFEM scheme for emergency Medicine.

Yes you can, you would need to secure a job. Start planning well in advance about 6 months before your tenure is coming to end. Best wishes.

@Kratos-kq8ll if your employer is happy to extend, if not look for other jobs on NHS jobs / trac jobs website. Look for Senior clinical fellow/ speciality doctor jobs.
