@@EquinoxeZX videos with the MSX tracker interest me a lot : it's more difficult to use waveforms, samples on Amiga are easy

@@AlexMenchi Over time I will be uploading videos of MSX - C64 - CPC and other classic computers here. The zx spectrum, Amstrad CPC and the original MSX share the same AY-3-8910 / 12 sound chip. This PSG chip only allows square waves. However, using some tricks as it was done in the Atari ST it is possible to play Amiga mods without expansion cards on these computers. Also some good Japanese MSX games included their own audio chip with FM and PCM sound capabilities on the cartridge. Later, sound cards came out that greatly expanded the capabilities of the MSX, such as the Moonsound. Sound card that can also be adapted to a zx spectrum. Cheers!

@@AlexMenchi I'm also interested in the Amiga's capabilities for audio synthesis. Ocatemd Pro or Aegis Sonix are good examples that allow you to create synthetic sound , but music made with this technique is not abundant on Amiga. if there are good examples of mixing synthesis with samples, Jochen Hippel would be a good example.

@@EquinoxeZX I will follow with interest your work because I would like one day, when I have more time because at home my children need me to be very available, to be able to compose on MSX, CPC and the NES which I find very interesting. Thanks for your explanations :) cheers!

In the passed, i had bought this software, with its hardware sampler. It was cool to make music. But not to program games within Amos. Just because DSS can't export to mod format, and Amos require protracker's mod files. If possible, a tutorial to convert DSS musics to mod should be welcome ! :)
