I believe at one time there was an annual fit for duty test, but was dropped because it discriminated against fat, unhealthy police officers. But rather than get rid of fat unhealthy officers, we embraced them and dropped the need to test, creating more fat unhealthy officers.

It's full because parking is so expensive or restrictive, they decide to park the official vehicles illegally, park theirs in the car park. Abuse of public office for personal gain in other words. Commonly called corruption. Now when you video their personal vehicles that's evidence of the corruption that is outside of their control. So they hate it.

This video is an example of the public losing respect for the police force. And it seems for good reason. Seeing how this sergeant is behaving, there doesn't seem to be any hope. The other officers are of the same caliber. They have no idea what to do and try various accusations, mentions the terrorist act, although it is not relevant here. They are powerless and have not understood that the only cure for the pressure from the citizens is to start behaving properly and respectfully. When you see how groups of officers look up to young people in the street scene, and surround them, page them and let them go, without giving any reason. Any reasonable person would feel offended, but the police act like it's no big deal and move on to the next thing. The only way the police can regain the citizens' respect is to behave properly and respectfully towards the citizens. It's that simple, when it's said, they must of course be properly educated so they know what they're talking about. It also seems to be a hopeless project, it's not just the young cops, but certainly the experienced cops as well. They are so. trained in deception and lies that they walk it without blinking - every day. So we have to get to the top of the police, this is where the culture starts and this is where we have to put in the work. A reasonable person is employed, not an officer and lawyer who has worked his way up in the system - this does not make any changes. Brand new ones are needed. It's that simple.

@@paulraper1 There are many problems, one of which is that police officers go together. It gives them the strength and belief that they can carry out any action they want to initiate. If they walked around the city or drove individually, they showed that they had to handle the situation alone. And therefore they would have to negotiate and be careful when confronting the citizen. It would make for a much better police force and a much more relaxed relationship between police and citizens. When we look at this sergeant contacting the auditor, it goes wrong from the start. the sergeant cannot dominate the auditor from the start and this frustrates him. He talks like he's innocent and ignorant and he says he's polite. It's a facade he puts on, he uses polite words, but his intention is anything but polite. He fires off various accusations, he wants to be alone, he wants to approach the audio tower with much more caution. He would go much further and he would be able to have a polite dialogue. His behavior sets the opposite in motion. He is backed up by a colleague who just raps and lets his mouth run, with monses and nonsense. If the police toned down their roles, behaved politely and waited to spew orders until they had a proper basis to intervene with a citizen, then there would be a more relaxed interaction and. so that the citizen respects the police. It's a vicious circle, but it's up to the police to break the vicious circle.

LEGALS Someone swallowed a law dictionary. Everything he said was crap. 1) videoing an officer is not “interference”. That’s a positive act, always involves physical contact. 2) Threatening behaviour ???… as you were pushed back that’s assault (not battery). 3) Politeness is a given. Not a passport for police illegality. He can only seize the phone if there’s BEEN. A criminal offence. Stating “PACE I have the power” isn’t enough.
