These lowlifes are so disgusting I can only believe they are NEVER held accountable and know they never will be. That inspector needs to be demoted. He made accusations based on hearsay and didn’t acknowledge or know his own policies. How can being silent be confrontational? Tubby started the in your face confrontation . Here’s an inspector involved in training! He stood and watched the rudeness of the female pc and had to identify her to you. She clearly thinks he’s a clown and has no respect. Telling her she didn’t need to identify. God help anyone she abuses next. They are getting worse . Note he came out having pooped his pants when he discovered who you were and 22k would see his inept authority.

How pathetic are the police, what happened to the real men and women who gave quality service to the public. It's gone a full circle in their belief that we owe them a service, they really have forgotten who they are there to serve and protect, and this is why they have lost all credibility.

Honestly. The first guy is crazy. An authoritarian bully. He saw no crime but went utterly over the top. He sited every law he could think of yet walked away defeated. "constable... why are you beating that man?" Often the response is "Why are you filming? This has nothing to do with you." Nevermind the fact that it absolutely involves me as a concerned member of the public acting well within my right to film, the response still does not address the issue. Equally classic... "you can't film my car/desk/window/parking lot. There's sensitive/private information there." Yes, there is, and you have breached that privacy by exposing it. My filming is not the breach. The breach exists independently. My recording is a record of your breach and that is why you want me to stop. You don't want to be further exposed. You think that, if you exert your authority, you can intimidate me into compliance with your fear tactic. Thankfully, my record also exists independent of my compliance or not. Whether I stop, or not, I still have record of your breach. I just don't have further record of further breaches. Nevertheless, me pointing out that you have done wrong is not wrong itself nor can I be made to feel wrong for capturing your wrongdoing. You may even be able to physically stop me from capturing further wrongdoing but that simply will not change the past. You have committed an offence. You have been caught. You are being held to account. None of that implicates me in any way in your wrongdoing. Perhaps take your laser-like focus and examine your own behaviour, though we both know you to be completely devoid of any ability to do so. Here's the simple fact; until I have commited a crime, you have as much authority over me as that parking bollard and I will give an equal level of attention and concern. Maybe with more studying of the law including actual police powers and role instead of inserting yourself into lawful activities of citizens your comprehension will improve and you can avoid these embarrassments.

Anyone with the rank of Inspector should be able to deal professionally with someone he regards as being confrontational…..he didn’t do that.
