My point exactly.. The officers taught us something new today.. We can kill someone remain on the scene CONFESS to the murder and not be arrested or prosecuted as long as police can’t identify the body.. what a muppet😂😂😂😂😂😂 The fact of the matter is.. the suspect details is what matters not the victim.. police prosecute victimless crimes on a daily basis.. nearly all traffics offences are victimless crimes.. like speeding, jumping a red light, refusing to give details under Sec.163 RTA 1988 etc.. or delaying or obstructing an officer. When police are called to domestic violence incidents by neighbours.. police will arrest the suspected partner even if the other partner REFUSE to give details and DENY any crime happened.. CPS will go ahead with the prosecution without the victim in court relying on the words of the arresting officers….

These two videos are unreal...this needs to go viral. I've genuinely never seen such blatant disregard for a member of the public from an entire police station. Your legal team is going to have a field day with this one!

So if a crime occurs right in front of them, in the police station, they can all run away and hide, hoping you won't pursue it. Never in all the audits I have seen have police so blatantly tried to cover up for their own "collegue". If the shiney arses don't shut this station down and either sack, or at a minimum retrain these people, then they are just endorsing this rogue behaviour! Disgusting! (Following their logic, if someone was stabbed to death in the foyer of a police station, there is no crime because the corpse can't give name and date of birth)

You see it time and again, a complete lack of communication skills. They're unable to engage, their inaction, then over reaction creates massive mistrust and they appear completely out of their depth. They lack the ability to make judgement calls. Jesus, can you imagine if they were in a serious confrontation or God forbid they ever became firearms officers?? Clearly what happened was an unprovoked, physical attack on you, Yardley Ski, followed by a closing of the ranks, trying to not investigate. These officers, all of them, need to be held to account.

I watch audit videos but I Can honestly say I found this video shocking . Bad enough that you were assaulted in a police station but the actions of the police afterwards was absolutely unbelievable . This wouldn't look out of place in a David Lynch movie; the station shot themselves in the foot by allowing the loose cannon security guard to deal with an issue he had already shown himself to be inadequate to deal with-appears to me that that police personnel had attempted to play 'games' with you by removing themselves from contact and had left the guard with strict instructions to go and deal with you-I got the impression he wanted to go back behind the counter and was seeking assistance from personnel by looking through the counter window but they deliberately ignored him and eventually he got the red mist and attacked you-ALL the police staff present were negligent and the security guy ought to be charged. Yet again we see that it is permitted to attack auditors and all lawful consequences for perpetrators are vigorously obstructed and avoided by police, every manner of dilatory tactics are used, even if RECORDED evidence is readily available. This is misconduct and corruption in open view-it demonstrates how police generally treat people they find undesirable regardless of the law. (Damn good point about not being asked about your welfare after an assault)

I'm worried about the security of security at this police station. Obviously the police are kept safe from the public by their own security guard (phew), but who is keeping the security guard safe from the public? What we need, obviously, is another security firm to guard the first one. So the police can get on with hiding from the public.

I’ve just watched this video and I am so angry 😡 yet your post made me laugh out loud, i’m going back to being angry now.

Just imagine if you had assaulted him, they would have been on the case then. To be honest this video was difficult to watch as you do expect that these officers to have a modicum of decency, but not this lot, a total disgrace to the uniforms they wear. And they wonder why the general public (young and old) have little or no respect for the police.

If I hadn't watched that I would not have believed it. Is crime a selective thing now, police chose to ignore this because they were the cause of the problem, what a stupid tactic to claim the station is now closed so you have to leave, incredible. The officers failed in their duty of care by deliberately sending the inept security guard to deal with the situation that he had already created. They knew he was unstable so therefore they were complicit in the assault. Warwickshire Police are corrupt and should be reported to professional standards. On a slightly different note, it was interesting to note the number of officers just hanging around the station not doing anything in particular. It is something that features on a lot of audits, they just appear. It is strange that they claim to be undermanned and claim to be too busy to investigate burglary (we can't come out, have this crime number and claim on your insurance).

Police kept telling you to stop recording after you’ve been assaulted TWICE in a place you should be safe.. At that point you should pull out a backup camera for your own safety.. 😂😂😂 Good job you didn’t give details.. let them raise the incident so what happened is captured on police systems.. expect the officers to lie and delete all CCTV footage.. so your recording is key. Based of the incident report you can make a complaint to PSD or IOPC without giving details just provide your email address.. You can also bring a private criminal prosecution.

This is disgraceful on several levels! Will watch for follow up by police? This cannot be acceptable ever?

Unbelievable that the police wouldn't do anything without first illegally demanding your personal details. Under uk law the police don't even need details of the victim to prosecute a charge of assault all they need is the evidence of the assault occurring, ie their own cctv footage, and the perpetrator.

Only wanted you to go outside in the hope it wouldn’t be captured on cctv. As for the cops, deplorable response. Not one jot of concern for your well-being or safety. This is deplorable the way that you were attacked by the bully boy black security guard and all the cops ganged up on you, but you were assaulted by two people one the security guard who assaulted you because he was pissed off by you because you didn’t follow his instructions , so contact the SIA about him and the police woman who detained you that was unlawful, so may be your best option is to get a good lawyer and screw them all for compo as they have neglected to do their lawful duty to protect you, but they all came running out to protect the black guy but he was the aggressor not you, so that’s double standards as far as I am concerned.

18.25 I think Dolly needs to hand her uniform in if she can't handle members of the public who have been assulted on police premises
