Met Police Academy (Hendon) Officer 1729 NW Abuse of Power 8mins to Identify {Shocking Behaviour}

Ойын-сауық

Life starts for Police cadets at Robert Peel House, Hendon Police Academy.
This audit shows how they may progress if they are taught the bullying and abusive tactics used by 2 of these Police officers.
One officer seems to think he can nonchalantly say things and I will back down to him.. Nope.
He uses the words 'terrorism', hostile reconnaissance and section 50 reformed act (ASB), to suggest I should be giving him my details. All of which is unlawful use of power and unlawful.
He refuses for nearly 10 minutes to verbally identify himself. He is rude and unprofessional. I shall mention he is not the only officer to verbally refuse to identify themselves. We shall see 3 walks of shame & a drive of shame.
I tell them of the memo sent out from the NPCC (National Police Chiefs Council) but they don't here me pronounce it incorrectly or they have never read it or heard of it. I know they know about filming in a public place as they do agree I can do that.. Which is the reason I am there filming.
(On 2 occasions in captions I may have typed PC 4729 which is incorrect.. the number should be PC 1792)
This audit shows Police Officers showing their true colours. Shocking to see but if this is how they are on camera.. can you imagine when they are not being filmed.
Please watch to the end as I have left Police code of ethics advice.
Thank you all for the comments, likes, sharing and for subscribing to my channel. Thank You for all who have supported me and given me great feedback.
In the light of recent events and Police identifying themselves, this is the reaction we get. Please document this response when asking a Police Officer to identify themselves.

    @@chrisbevis7725 Quite right, PC Taylor is one of the so called "Good apples" looking uncomfortable in the background while the bad apple does his thing. That's why for that reason along you cannot trust ANY cops because even the good ones will fall into line and look after their own. I've seen thousands of these Audits and i've seen hundreds of cops like PC Taylor, not one has stepped in, it's easier just to look uncomfortable and that is a institutional issue.

    Notification to superior officers viewing the public record This is most frightening and very concerning that after recent events these officers as stated on the public record would have Arrogantly defied police policy to provide identification as for the world to see on public media !!! Further adding to the great concerns the public have in theses times ( a phrase the police like to use ) Superior officers you must act on these officers , this is a clear danger to the general public What are you going to do about it !!!! Welcome to the Academy. Today we will show you a film of how some of our employees try to abuse a member of the public doing something lawful. Please, please, please don’t ever do things like this when you pass the course to be a PC. Fool number one, “Alright I won’t talk to you then” followed seconds later by “What is it you need?” Fool number two, pretty much everything. He should be reported for failing to ID, as you say, he doesnt know if you can read. He also needs reporting for the fact he keeps putting his hand on the taser he is carrying . A taser is supposed to be used when appropriate and proportionate, when he keeps putting his hand on it whllst engaging you, its counted as the taser being deployed. Have a read up on police guidelines for taser use. The officer who did ID himself, should be reported, when an officer sees a colleague acting incorrectly, they have a duty to step in and stop them, their inaction makes them equally guilty.

    @@yardleyski3167 no worries. With adult men - especially police interactions - it’s about CONTROL via language. Open questions and powerful statements calmly made are highly effective. It can even be handheld as salesmen are taught. (This ones technically known as the shopping list) ie. Get a list upfront eg. “Tell me what your concerns are… ah right, … those 3 things …. Nothing else … and when I answer those you’ll leave me alone …. ok. Let’s address those. 1 Public filming is legal 2. All reg plates are untraceable and belong to dvla 3. I’m legally not required to give my name … so officer … why are you still here? Why are you still talking? Which of those answers was incorrect ?? Ah, you have more questions. So you lied when you said you had 3 questions. You have 4. I’m not going to answer it because you lie. When I answer it you’ll just dream up a fifth. Now go away I’m feeling harassed. .. and so on. CONTROL THE DISCUSSION. He’ll be thrown.

    Professional Standards should haul the one that hasn’t identified himself. Might be he has something to hide ie a criminal past, or involved in a racket with his corrupt PC mate in hand. Tbh needs re-training at the very minimum. Start him off as a tea boy

    Oh so security don't feel the need to display their SIA licence cards...hmm... Also the fact police feel the need to employ private security firms to secure their premises, doesn't fill me with confidence. 'Let's employ a team that is even less trained than we are, to safeguard us...'

Personally we should be like Spain *in many many ways - there its the GC or SNP or military that do security on govt building etc
