3:01 General: "I can not get in the car, the spy has farted in"

For any of those wondering why the soldiers idn't shoot the van: If the spy in uniform enters a vehicle last it turns friendly for the germans. Even on the minimap it becomes red so you can do absolutely whatever you want in it as long as the driver's also in the vehicle.

If I remember correctly this was one of the hardest missions.

lol i remember getting the sniper on the top to kill the minister. so much fun. the next one 16 was even more challenging for me.

i knew the general couldnt get into the car if we're in it .. but i didnt know he couldnt get in when we get out XD

I was playing this game a lot since i was like 8... At first I couldn't finish only level 8, 15 and 20... then after some years (with more experiences) I successfully finished all levels without any quide or cheat (it funny to read that some people can't pass lvl 5 haha)... now i'm playing this game again and I watched some of your videos... great job on lvl 20, I was doing the same thing and I am amazed of your speed :) but in this lvl 15, bugs and glitches really helped you, it is possible to finish it without "blocking" the general and driving over your enemies... still I like your videos, nice job with finishing all missions in one piece... i must save a game around 10+ times per mission :D

there is no bug nor glitch, he put the spy inside the car, and the general couldn't get inside.

the way I did it, was to clean up the rooftop with the spy, then get my sniper up there to kill the general and a few necessary.guards. Then I used the spy for a lot of pickups (they don't care much after the alarms and also used the spy distract the big patrols and drive over them from behind with the driver (I often hit my spy too :D ). I eventually did put my spy into the escape truck along with the driver to cover up the vehicle and clean up some more guards, though at that point I could've just as easily went full loud with pistols from behind a corner. It was nowhere near this fast though.

@techwar77 they will never shoot the car that was entered last by the spy, even if you've got other soldiers inside and the spy left the car afterwards

If I remember correctly this was the first mission that had no Green Beret. And it annoyed me so much because it would have been much more easier with him here. Took me ages to finish this mission for the first time. I have no clue how I used to be more patient compared to me nowadays 😅

I would like to know how many times have u loaded and played this missions to be so damn good... being able to finish mission all in one piece... most intriguing....

Fuck me this was a hard mission. I toiled and toiled over how to do it, and I finally had to come here and see how a pro did it. This helped immensely. Weird bug that he doesn't enter the vehicle, and that the germans just stop shooting the van at random. The lack of van shooting took many tries for that to happen in my playthrough, but once it did, it was easy as pie.

it's a glitch: if the disguised spy is the last to enter a vehicle, it becomes "friendly" to the enemy. this was corrected in later games

there are no impossible missions. 1. he got his spy in the car right after the alarm triggered...and then when the enemy general ( he is dressed like your spy .. the only one like that on the whole map .. he is positioned in the back yard of the house . opposite the cars ) tried to enter the car... a game bug appeared and he remain stuck for the whole mission.

How do you set the ingame speed. My version is very slow compared to your videos and i'm using the steam's one.

at 2:00 why doesn't see the guard the marine?altough he is in brigth green field..

I rode the oil car in front of the headquarter, then when the general's car tried to escape, it crashed to the oil car and exploded, also destroyed the HQ. I think that's the funnier and more logical way. Nice job, anyway ^^

And why don't you twy it boss? How come you pointed the gun at those people at 1:18 ?

what version of commandos do you use? Steam or retail version? I am kinda confused especially looking at those chineese speedrunners where games handle somewhat different.

that mission is pretty much mission 5 in Commandos Beyond the duty or whatever the name is,I went throw that Beyond of duty game over 5 times lol,and BEL not even once...last time I played I got stuck in this mission but well I was yet noob :P

again you are using a bug with the general .. not letting him go into the car...and then he just remains stuck for the rest of the mission ... if you want to do the missions and finish the game...do it right. you can kill the general from the rooftop across the street with the sniper..... but also...i like you multitasking skills

Oh nvm you put the spy in the car. Well isn't that something. How am I suppose to know that you can do that and even if you could how am I suppose to know that it will work like it should. Thanks to your vid this is now possible. Game developers should keep things consistent and by that I don't mean hand feed us every solution but if certain characters can do something one mission they should be able to do it in another. Like knifing a group in the back sometimes they respond sometimes they dont

Your speedruns of the other missions are usually great, but this one is just full of bug exploits, the trick with the general not entering his car is like cheating. Not as good as your other mission videos.

then you are a bad player. the mission is kinda logical..there are many ways you can pass it. using cheats or bugs when you play a game..it's just lame. why play it then ?

Jajaja, amazing. If there is any chit its in the general's car bug, but quite funny. Any else is legit.

+John Ron no, he enters the building, then exits to sit in the car, but thanks to a bug he got him stuck next to the car, u blind or what?

If i knew this game was full of bugs and glitches (or bad programmed, to say the least) it would've been much easier... LOL hahahahaha GREAT GAME anyway!
