What we really need is a new bridge connecting 46 to the other side of lake Dunlap. 46 to FM725 right in the middle between NB and Seguin

You guys are going to love HTea0, do note they take their dang sweet time to get a location open. I live here in North Texas and the location near my house has been built/finished out for a few months and is still not opened yet.
We need another grocery store along 46 east of IH 35. The Mexican market is great but we need another market too.

Thank you Raad. We love all of these developments. On our wish list for NB is now just a more local Costco and Trader Joes. Really looking forward to Round Table Pizza which should be here soon. (If you haven't had Round Table before you must try it! Something about their crispy-at-the-edges crust and addictive pizza sauce is SO good that nothing else can compare once you've had it.)

Thanks Thomas. Yes, I hear round table is incredible! not sure about a Cosco but the general opinion seems to be in favor of a Trader Joe's

Can you give us information on a new community being build on 306&281? Spring Branch
Hard to understand why New Braunfels doesn't have the most famous of German stores, Aldi. They'd make a fortune here. Cheaper than Walmart and higher quality goods. Owned by the same company that runs Trader Joe's.
