city gov needs to stop approving new residential development and focus on infrastructure for the current residents.

not happy with all the trees that were bulldozed for these projects. One of the unique characteristics of NB is the many many live oak and Pecan Trees that beautify our city. The increased traffic, especially large construction trucks is making traffic for residents ... a nightmare

Unfortunately all the growth is cannibalizing the quaint, small town near a bigger city feel that made New Braunfels interesting to begin with.

How does anyone get around NB with all this growth??? We miss NB so much but there is so much growth...AND traffic!

I live in Veramendi and I can get anywhere in about 10-12 minutes. City has done a good job of road design, at least West of I-35

New braunfels is not the same anymore, the city is overcrowded, traffic is bs and the schools are over capacity. They did not and are still not doing infrastructure first.

If you think NB is bad you should see Spring Branch. It is hell on earth. The builders have destroyed this area!!

How will the constant water restrictions with the current population be addressed? How can you justify expanding SOOOO much? Do you think we can out grow our resources?!

I moved here in 1977. Barely recognize the place anymore.

You do your job really well I hope they put roads in to support all this maybe you can find out when they're going to fix for All height or highway 46 so us people can pull out and go to work within a reasonable time

We don’t need a Costco. We need big businesses to go away. There’s a Costco on the northern tip of San Antonio that is close enough.

I’ve been to Garcia’s I always thought of it as meh! Nothing too exciting for me.

I went a handful of time, and since the 3rd time I got food poisoning there, ( I wasn't sure it was due to there )I have yet to go back...and wont...."meh" is a high compliment...

NO NONONO NOOOOOOOO! Stop building up NB! We don’t want it to turn into SA or Austin! And we’re constantly in water restrictions every year, how will you correct that?!

Love to hear there will be new restaurants hopefully this yr and next year.. Definitely need it living in canyon lake not much here.. but love the peace and quiet here. Lol. Can we get a football field added to the park? My husband coaches football and would be great to find a field for practice or games..

Apartments or traditional homes?

Always about the dollar with these amateur wannabe professionals. Nickeling and diming all the residents with charges here, there, everywhere. Driving long term residents out, and misleading all the new arrivals. Bad enough, annually, always in a stage 3-4 drought, so what is the plan when tens of thousands come in, and all the new businesses? God forbid create a sewer system or something. All this money, building, yet they wont build $100,000 of four additional tennis courts, being we only have four to begin with. I had visions of an indoor sporting complex and couldnt locate investors. No wonder. Look after your own residents, and make improvements for them first. Traffic---awful! No improvement with the roadway or opening up any. Good luck on attempting to becoming a mini Austin and to all the residents who will remain, and that come in. Have a blessed daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay.

Please look at bringing a Trader Joe’s, Salad to Go drive thru, and Costco. If already in the works, can you share the expected dates? Thank you!!

Traders Joes has tight parameters. I believe you have to have minimum 250,000 people in a three mile radius. We don’t have that
