Gotta say I like West better. Its quainter. Less traffic more times than not. East is busy, especially around Creekside that we avoid at all costs.

@@512thirds it's not appealing enough for a solo video b/c it's primarily just homes. not much is around the area now, but that will change over time. Wherever there's rooftops, retail follows. are you building with KB, or thinking about it?
