It's an exciting time to live in New Braunfels. A popular restaurant is coming soon, a new park at the highest point in the city is underway, and new residential communities are shaping New Braunfels. We need more grocery stores. Trader Joe’s, central market, Whole Foods, Randell’s, Kroger .

Requesting a Traders Joe or ALDIs
Love it! No "Island time" speed like Corpus! (drives me nuts!!!) Moving to where the action is! If all goes as planned early 2024 (renting until home sells)

I have a suggestion make more business on the east of NB everything is west of NB . Need grocery stores like Aldi grocery store , a big park, many another Walmart maybe an arlands too. And a carwash,

As far as parks, Fischer park is east of 35. And there’s a build up of shops headed toward County Line road.

@@raadalawanrealtor they're is a Walmart on the Eastside lol but they need some streets going south on the Eastside that would lead to that Walmart because everyone has to cross over to i35 to go to the Walmart

The near future. This year? I don’t see that. Despite inflation, rising interest rates, demand far exceeds the supply here. If you’re holding your breathe for prices to drop here, I’ll call EMS for you. It’s not going to happen this year. Next year? Depends on where the feds are with interest rates. But we’re seeing people put more money down to buy down their rates. So, no
