Just a tip for yo. As a new home buyer, I wasn’t aware that the seller pays for the realtor, so don’t assume that everybody knows this. Acknowledge that you are here to represent the buyer at no cost and I assure you that you will get more calls

It was absolutely BEAUTIFUL😍 in Veramendi! Definitely one of my favorite neighborhoods on the channel so far!

As always Awesome video! As a kid in the 90s we use to vacation in San Antonio and New Branfuels….back then San Antonio and NB seemed so far, push forward 20 years later both areas have merged!

Houses in this community don’t seem to stay on the market very long and the prices increase frequently and dramatically. My wife and I were hoping to be able to build from the ground up, but now I feel very fortunate that were able purchase one of the Scott Felder inventory homes with about 90% of the upgrades and options we would have selected. More importantly, the remaining inventory homes have gone up as much as $70K since we purchased just last month, which would have probably taken the home we selected out of our budget. Barring any construction delays, we will be happy Veramendi residents by the end of July.

This particular community isn't gated, but ut's definitely one of the more popular developments in New Braunfels. There were a few models featured in this video and right pricing is changing frequently. Which one were you curious about?
